My Make Money Challenge

Just over a month ago, I launched a brand new blog called Monify.Me and the basic idea of the site is to take a brand new blog all the way from square one and into significant profit. I am publishing all of the steps I will be taking and also publishing the results. Anyone interested in the subject of how to make money online can simply follow along with the challenge, copy what I am doing and replicate my results.

The blog is essentially a live case study on the subject of how to make money online, something that I know quite a lot about as I earn a full time income doing this stuff and have been making money online for the past eight years now.

In setting the challenge for myself, I laid out some ground rules that I would not use any tactic that is not open to complete newbies and I previously wrote about the apparent illogicality of me writing a Guest Post here at my own blog. But, as any newbie could also use this tactic, I allowed myself to do it too. Big hint here: if you have your own site, within the personal development niche, and you need a bit of traffic to it – simply get into Guest Posting and, I promise, you will never look back.

So how are things going at the challenge?

Well, the blog is just about 8 weeks old now and has just passed its first full month. So far, it has earned $27.50 – I don’t think that is at all bad for a blog in its first month. The program I am using to monetise the site actually pays me every single time I refer a free visitor and really, that’s how easy it can be to make money online. In addition, they also pay me a commission when people purchase.
