The Bible Secret - Revealed!

It was just over a year ago that I registered the domain for The Bible Secret. Today, I am excited to announce that we have finally released the book for PCs and Macs.

Although the purpose of this post is to make the announcement, you don’t need to buy the book to find out what this secret actually is because it is revealed right here. It is something that gradually came to me as the result of study and reflection especially on the following text from the book of Revelation:

He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the Hidden Manna, and will give him a White Stone, and in the stone a New Name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it. - Revelation 2:17

When I first read this text, I was struck by the phrase ‘will give him a white stone with a new name written [on it]‘ I found it very intriguing indeed and naturally, I opened my trusty companion to the Bible to lookup what was meant by the term. It turned out that book let me down for once. It actually says, “the meaning of the white stone is unknown.”

It took me quite a while to figure it all out, but it turns out that the above verse packs a real punch because the promise itself is pure dynamite. When I wrote my little book about it, I thought about revealing the meaning of the verse in the book itself, but eventually I decided that would be in the wrong spirit. So instead, I have openly revealed my interpretation because I believe it is just so important.

Here is the key to understanding the true meaning of this verse …

  • The New Name is your Life-Purpose
  • The Hidden Manna is the Promised Reward
  • The Seal of this Promise is the White Stone

There is a condition attached to the promise i.e. ‘to him that overcometh’ and the promise has the above three elements to it. The white stone reference that so intrigued me is the seal of God’s promise in this verse. The seal is the authentication of the promise. When you receive your white stone, it will be a very exciting time for you indeed.

So what is God actually promising? The promise has two aspects: the ‘hidden manna’ and the ‘new name’. The hidden manna is God’s promise to provide abundantly for you when you meet the stated condition. The ‘new name’ represents your Life Purpose.

If you don’t think your life can have meaning and purpose, then you are not alone. There are many people who don’t believe their lives have any purpose, including many Christians. There was a time when I believed this myself. But I have come to understand things differently.

Your life purpose was implanted deep within your heart by God himself and all your striving for a richer, fuller life can be fully satisfied when you come to realise this. Of course, you may not believe in God. If so, I respect your opinion. However, even if you don’t believe in God, you still need to discover what is in your heart and then make that your major objective in life. Nothing else can bring you the deep rewarding satisfaction that you want for yourself.

As some wise person once said, ‘this is not a dress rehearsal’. This is your life, right now! So make sure you are doing what you want with it and remember too that, on their death bed, very few people have ever been heard to mutter, “you know, I really wish I had spent more time in the office.”

  1. Your site was really an eye opener, I have been a Christian for sometimes and I thought I knew most secrets and little did I know that I still have to empower myself. The Bible says my people perish because of lack of knowledge. Thanks so much for your sharing the crucial aspects of life. May God bless you in 2013 to be a blessing to the universe and give you the desires of your heart.
