Who Are You?

Recently, I have been making an effort to find out more about our regular readers here at the Inspiration Blog but it is not an easy thing to do.

We are presently ranked (by Alexa) as the 84,902th most popular site on the entire internet. We are the 18,544th most popular site in the UK and the 56,935th most popular in the USA. The bulk of our readers, again according to Alexa, are UK or US citizens (43.4%).

We have a very high ranking in New Zealand and creditable rankings for the remainder of the English-speaking world.

As far as the demographics are concerned, according to Alexa, our audience is mainly composed of the baby boomer generation, aged between 55 and 64 years young (said in honour of Hughie Green) and it seems that we have a fairly even balance between male and female visitors.

Having said that, the data also shows that the site gets about the internet average amount of visitors in the 35 to 44 years age range. But 18 – 34 year-olds appear to be under-represented here.

The above data is the best I can find with regard to the people for whom White Dove Books and the Inspiration Newsletter are a regular feature of their lives. Reflecting on this, I hope to be able to produce better articles and books in the future as we try to become ever more focused around the needs of our readership.

    Hello Mary

I don’t think you are outside my demographic at all – you just don’t have your own bar chart 😉 But you are, of course, represented in the 65+ stats. At 80 years old, you must have a lot of great life experience you could share with others here. Ever thought about writing an article – how about the 10 most important lessons life has taught me?

I would love to read it.

    Best wishes,

    Will 🙂

Although I’m more than a bit outside the demographics (age 80) I never miss one of your newsletters, which I always find thought provoking, and very honest. Expect that’s why you have such a large following. Keep up the good work
