Sonny Julius Websites: www.BecomeHealthierInBodyAndMind.com  Born in Jeffersonville, Sonny spent eight years in elementary school, four years in high school and two years in college before being drafted into the U.S. army for two years. He grew up in a family that owned a local florist business that lasted or 63 years. For 29 years he was personally involved in the business. Eventually becoming dissatisfied with it he left to become a sales representative and spent more than 20 years in sales roles. During that time he trained sales staff using an 8-step formula he developed. This formula helped them not only in developing their own successful territories but also their personal lives as well. After retirement Sonny became heavily involved in developing an internet business devoted to marketing various self development programs as well as his own 8-step formula. His desire was to teach others how set goals and then become successful in establishing their desired purpose in life. Four years ago, his wife was diagnosed with breast cancer. On the first visit with his wife to her oncologist, Sonny became involved in a discussion over possible treatments. He wanted to discuss alternative treatments instead of conventional treatments for her disease. The doctor was not receptive to his ideas at all. Because of this experience he left that doctor's office that day vowing to spent the rest of this life searching for alternative health methods to treat and cure all illnesses and diseases. Throughout my adult life I have taken a great interest in self development and how a positive mind set can have a powerful effect on the successes I have achieved so far. Indeed it is not intended to stop here. My motivation is to provide the best I possibly can for those two boys plus my loving wife who supports me in everything I do. As life has progressed I have continued building self confidence, studied the subject in greater depth and used differing techniques that have gotten me through exams, helped me at job interviews, created a fabulous family life and put me on the path of developing businesses. I try to draw on that same drive and ambition that I had as a kid, but this time it's for making a better life for my family. I am also a church goer, being active with the church and believe my faith is another positive aspect that enhances my life. Through my blogs I sincerely hope that I can impart some
knowledge, thoughts and ideas that will help others to enrich their lives and

It sounds like a long time when written like that, yet it seems to have gone by in a flash. Every moment since my birth in 1960 has been one of a minefield of experiences. Some hazardous, some safe, and all strategically designed nonetheless. I can honestly say that I would not have changed one of them, as here I am, with this fantastic opportunity to open up my heart to you, and share the knowledge that I have acquired on my journey, in the hope that it may help you in some way too.
My heart is full of love for life and with no children to nurture, I have chosen to love you. It's no mistake that you are reading these words, at this time.
I was considered very shy throughout my childhood years. These days, I am not so sure I was shy, simply 'quietly watchful' of people. I do know that I had very little confidence, and I am currently undertaking research into this very subject for a new personal development book.
My main area of expertise from years of employment, is in the field of Marketing and Business Development, the basic knowledge of which I enjoy sharing with friends to help promote and grow their visions. My two passions are writing and dancing. One enables me to express myself in words, the other in movement. Both powerful tools I have found. With regard to personal development, I am a happy advocate of the human potential movement, (in the wonderful wise words of Stuart Wilde) whilst enjoying my own ongoing studies.
I have experienced great loss in the forms of close family members and pets, and this too has shaped my life. I look forward to covering this subject in one of my blogs very soon.

Working with selected authors from the United States to the United Kingdom, she has ghostwritten several print and e-books. In the technical field, Jean has created standard operating procedures and newsletters for various businesses and civic groups. Drawing from her past upbringing of negativity and self-pity, she learned years ago how to turn her life around by developing a program which instils the attitude that change begins from the inside out.
As she learned to look within herself, rather than blaming outer forces at work against her, she began using positive affirmations in a specific way to expedite the desired results in her life. With the appropriate corresponding actions she witnessed dramatic changes that gave her the attitude of ?I can? rather than, ?this is not possible.?
One important fact that stood out to her during this time is that one does not have to spend years in therapy to make any and all necessary changes in his or her life.
Armed with the proper tools to close the door on the past and live in the present, she learned to secure a healthy, successful and prosperous future while making the most of each day. Thus, her program dispenses the theory to all that that there is no limit to their achieving whatever they desire and believe within their hearts and minds they can do.
This spiritual growth stirred Margaret to begin the process of problem solving the failure attitudes in others during a time of a great realization that she had restored her own life from being an abused victim to a person of great ability and positive motivation for others. From that moment, her passion for helping others also extended to creating awareness for adults who have been abused as children and who have never sought help for recovery and renewal.
Knowing from her past experience that keeping their pain a secret has stunted their personal growth, she is able to teach these wounded souls how to be free of this seemingly hopeless battle.
Moving forward with great focus and determination, she decided to attend one of the best known ministry schools in Southern California, Cottonwood Christian Center. This training helped her to put her program together into a cohesive and effective means of cure.

As a consequence, Barbara's career has been a varied one. Traditional roles have seen her as personal assistant, executive assistant, office manager and business manager, so she has extensive experience in administration and administrative systems. When a change in career path took her into small business consultancy, she studied for certificates in the areas of Human Resources, Business Administration and Workplace Training & Assessment. Barbara graduated as a High School teacher in 1984 majoring in Business Studies and English, and subsequently taught at primary, secondary and tertiary levels. At about the same time, she became a freelance writer ... which ultimately led her into the fields of editing and publishing. Gloria

Age 47, I have spent most of my working life as an
electrical / mechanical engineer in a variety of industries. Married with two
