Law of
Attraction Blog Sonny Julius Websites: www.BecomeHealthierInBodyAndMind.com ![]() Born in Jeffersonville, Sonny spent eight years in elementary school, four years in high school and two years in college before being drafted into the U.S. army for two years. He grew up in a family that owned a local florist business that lasted or 63 years. For 29 years he was personally involved in the business. Eventually becoming dissatisfied with it he left to become a sales representative and spent more than 20 years in sales roles. During that time he trained sales staff using an 8-step formula he developed. This formula helped them not only in developing their own successful territories but also their personal lives as well. After retirement Sonny became heavily involved in developing an internet business devoted to marketing various self development programs as well as his own 8-step formula. His desire was to teach others how set goals and then become successful in establishing their desired purpose in life. Four years ago, his wife was diagnosed with breast cancer. On the first visit with his wife to her oncologist, Sonny became involved in a discussion over possible treatments. He wanted to discuss alternative treatments instead of conventional treatments for her disease. The doctor was not receptive to his ideas at all. Because of this experience he left that doctor's office that day vowing to spent the rest of this life searching for alternative health methods to treat and cure all illnesses and diseases. He then started sharing that information on his websites and began writing articles on health matters to raise public awareness on the issues. Sonny writes the

Throughout my adult life I have taken a great interest in self development and how a positive mind set can have a powerful effect on the successes I have achieved so far. Indeed it is not intended to stop here. My motivation is to provide the best I possibly can for those two boys plus my loving wife who supports me in everything I do. As life has progressed I have continued building self confidence, studied the subject in greater depth and used differing techniques that have gotten me through exams, helped me at job interviews, created a fabulous family life and put me on the path of developing businesses. I try to draw on that same drive and ambition that I had as a kid, but this time it's for making a better life for my family. I am also a church goer, being active with the church and believe my faith is another positive aspect that enhances my life. Through my blogs I sincerely hope that I can impart some knowledge, thoughts and ideas that will help others to enrich their lives and reach their goals and dreams. I may still be seeking the approval of others but the results should be worthy.
Born and grew up until my teens on the Eastern
Shore of Maryland ... a world unto itself. High school for me was a
Christian Science boarding school, Sanford Prep, where I quickly learned "no
talent lies latent". How about 5000-10,000 word themes on "The Universe, a
harp of 1000 strings, as revealed in art, literature and code of ethics" ? I
learned the fine art of interpretation. College was easy. I attended
several: U of Md, John Hopkins, U of Fla, UCLA, U of Sydney~NSW - ending up
with a BA in Philosophy/Religion, minor in Ph. Ed and an MA in Education,
plus courses just for fun and countless seminars.
Somewhere along the way I married a naval officer, became a parent of two children, divorced years later. Children are now grown and happily living their own lives. I have lived in many states: Md. Florida, Vermont, Calif, Hawaii for 19 yrs ... a teacher of Kdg-6, Sp. Ed, WSI, First Aid/CPR and Sports Scuba instructor (Naui/Padi) for the Navy at Pearl Harbor. Entered the seminar field in '78 as participant, then staff and finally traveled overseas '83 to Australia ... several times, lived in Kuala Lumpur with a Chinese family for 5 months, have been in and out of New Zealand/Singapore for brief visits, more recently in Australia for 3 1/2 yrs, returned to America in '99. Now living in Las Vegas Nevada and contemplating a move back to Australia. I have taught the Course in Miracles, studied NLP with Tony Robbins, I also compose music upon occasion, have perfect pitch and don't know a sharp from a flat ... it just arrives, quickly followed by the lyrics. Writing started out as introspective, sometimes shared with others who then started telling me "you ought to publish". Shiny Pebbles is now into Volume 34 and goes global each month to friends where I have lived and is forwarded to many unknown. Website: www.mentorscentral.com

At the age of 11 years I realized that I had a gift for premonition. Later in 1993, when I learned Reiki energy healing, my intuitive abilities were sharpened. During those days, I learnt Tarot reading. Later, I also learned Vedic Astrology. Now I am a practicing Tarot Reader and an Astrologist. Blog writing is something I enjoy. It is a hobby that enables me to share my views and feelings with my friends all over the world. I have always been attracted by the esoteric. Over the period of time, I visited many Ashrams, Gurus, Yoga teachers and Meditation Centers. I learned different techniques for healing, meditation and divination. I believe that personal development is not possible without acknowledging our spiritual self. To attain personal health, self growth or success and prosperity, it is essential to achieve healing and harmony at the level of body, mind and spirit. Through my blog, I would like to share my experiences and views about how holistic lifestyle, self healing, harmony with self and surroundings can accelerate self growth and personal development. As a child I experienced the violent outbreaks of my mother. How fearful and paralyzing experience it was. I still remember how small and hurt I used to feel in front of this tyrant. As a spouse, I attracted an abusive husband. He tried his best make me feel insulted and humiliated. I had to struggle hard to transcend and achieve freedom from this repetitive pattern in my life. Finally, I am successful having regained my freedom, self worth and dignity. Today I am a single parent of twin boys. Together we are a happy family. If I can achieve my freedom and power, anybody can do it.

I am married, and my wife and I have 4 children and two grandchildren. Our move here was motivated in part by my career, but largely to be closer to our daughter, and at that time our one grandchild. I come from a family of six ? my parents (now both deceased) and my three brothers (one now deceased). We were not, probably, the typical family. My father was an alcoholic, and as a result abusive and frequently absent from the family. This colored my perceptions and my life for many years. I guess, in part, that resulted in my having had a spiritual bent from early on in my life. I was raised a Catholic but consider myself to be a non-denominational Christian. Primarily my life experiences and a good bit of soul searching and studies have guided my spiritual development. At the age of 56, I would now like to share with others some of those lessons that I have learned, and that I am still learning. This is a wonderful journey that we are all on, and we all can benefit from the occasional examination of our perceptions and the lessons that we've learned. It is my sincere hope that you find something of benefit to you at my Blog.

It sounds like a long time when written like that, yet it seems to have gone by in a flash. Every moment since my birth in 1960 has been one of a minefield of experiences. Some hazardous, some safe, and all strategically designed nonetheless. I can honestly say that I would not have changed one of them, as here I am, with this fantastic opportunity to open up my heart to you, and share the knowledge that I have acquired on my journey, in the hope that it may help you in some way too.
My heart is full of love for life and with no children to nurture, I have chosen to love you. It?s no mistake that you are reading these words, at this time.
I was considered very shy throughout my childhood years. These days, I am not so sure I was shy, simply ?quietly watchful? of people. I do know that I had very little confidence, and I am currently undertaking research into this very subject for a new personal development book.
My main area of expertise from years of employment, is in the field of Marketing and Business Development, the basic knowledge of which I enjoy sharing with friends to help promote and grow their visions. My two passions are writing and dancing. One enables me to express myself in words, the other in movement. Both powerful tools I have found. With regard to personal development, I am a happy advocate of the human potential movement, (in the wonderful wise words of Stuart Wilde) whilst enjoying my own ongoing studies.
I have experienced great loss in the forms of close family members and pets, and this too has shaped my life. I look forward to covering this subject in one of my blogs very soon.
Thank you for taking the time to read my biography, and my blogs. I hope you?ll come back to read them again and again. Please accept my virtual hug, and of course my love.

I created the National Initiative for Girls on Body Image and Self-Esteem because I realized I had a voice that girls and young women wanted to hear and listen to for personal development and self-empowerment. I also know that it is my responsibility to be bold, powerful and truthful, and to share my knowledge in this area. Today, many girls have low or no self-confidence; they feel horrible about themselves and their bodies, they have no goals and believe they are worthless. They live and move about their day to day existence as a victim and with a victim's viewpoint about life. My mission through this initiative is to help build them up in a simplistic, fun-loving yet powerful and purposeful way, in a way where they discover their authenticity and are given the tools to tap into their pure potential. My intentions are clear: to help them discover their own talents and set their own goals and to show them a systematic way to achieve their desired outcomes so they can create and live a fulfilled and prosperous life. The National Initiative for Girls on Body Image and Self-Esteem is a cutting-edge, high-tech, high-touch knowledge based program that evokes authenticity and excellence from middle school through college age girls. 1. It reveals powerful secrets of how to embrace the inner essence of who she really is. 2. It utilizes advanced technology and proven systems that empower girls to experience themselves in a more loving and confident way. 3. It demonstrates the relationship between body image, self-esteem and fashion and how this impacts self-esteem. 4. It provides a safe platform for girls to share their dreams and to expand their visions for their lives. Did you know that when girls feel free to embrace their authenticity and are confident about their individuality and their goals they experience a higher self-worth and self-esteem and can accomplish their goals more consistently? This increased self-confidence gives them a special quality that sets them apart and provides them with a sense of self-love, self-acceptance, competence and a strong desire to reach their full potential; which sets the stage for them to create meaningful life games to play that will transform their lives and even the world. I am a avid researcher and a seasoned observer. I am currently in the middle of writing two screenplays. It takes me longer than most to write them because I get the idea and then do the research as I write. I also have a finished manuscript on how to learn the tarot for the more cerebral individuals. Its more like a clinical workbook for those who are more comfortable with linear learning. The Law of Attraction and Quantum physics have both been a passion of mine for a long time as have learning how the mind plays a role in consciousness. And, I know you are all wondering what credentials allow me to believe that I can make a valuable contribution to you own experience. All I can say to this is that my own life's experience and quest of understanding and practical application of life's higher truths come from a deep belief that to know is our innate birthright. And, its this experience that illuminates these already innate truths. So, I guess you could say that I am a truth seeker. And, I have travelled this road ever since childhood. As a child, I was always able to see things from a more expansive perspective. As I grew older, life had a way of narrowing it and confining me to a box. But, after realizing this and with two long years of seclusion in order to exercise my external influences, I was able to reconnect with that lost inner little girl. And, I am now compelled to put to paper or computer screen what I have learned on this long road that has been my journey. The most recent crossroads in my journey came about the same time "The Secret" came out. I know most of heard of this "melo-docu-drama" and have seen and read the controversy surrounding it. It was this back and forth of passionate opinion that precisely what inspired me to watch it. When you have so much button pushing going on around a subject you know you've hit on something very profound. After putting the DVD in my player and pressing the "button" (pardon the pun), it only took me a few very short minutes to understand what all the hoopla was about. And, ironically how passion can actually cause short-sightedness and ignorance. So, here I am with this small stirring inside me nudging me on. You all know it. That small voice inside that sometimes get stubborn and won't let you ignore it. I hope you will join me on this exciting new journey. If we can all face and embrace our fears for what they really are, little illusions created to keep us in line, this new and exciting adventure will be loads of fun and one little passionate twist and turn after the other.
