As I sit here thinking about what to write one thing comes to mind and
sticks there. It is "Love thy neighbor as thyself".

As I sit here and think I believe many people do love others as they do
themselves and that is why they are so angry toward others is because they are so
angry at themselves.

They are angry because they haven't done this or done that. Anger at others
because they aren't nearly as smart or intelligent yet have so much more.
Anger, anger, anger, we see it all around us.

But is telling a lot about me for if I didn't know what anger was I could
not identify it. But, sadly I do know what anger is and hopefully I have lain
my anger to rest.

I have done and do my forgiveness work almost daily for whenever an angry
thought pops up I immediately go into forgiveness mode first forgiving myself
and working out all others.

It appears that forgiveness is a never ending process that we must work on
constantly. Personally I tend to believe as does Louise Hay that cancer is
caused by repressed anger. This is another reason I attempt to practice
forgiveness is that I choose to live free of cancerous thoughts.

I choose to bring love into my live and enjoy the sweetness thereof. Love
is the one thing that enables all to live freely. I choose to be a lover of
life.

I choose to be a lover of all that is positive in my world and I choose to
share all the positives with all that wish to share with me.

I have been a dreamer all of my life and still am for as I dream I create
the life I choose to live. I love being me for I am a wonderfully simple
person with so many complex parts.
I love to think and dream and see my life as I choose for it to be. I
believe we construct our life like an architect does and if we don't then someone
else does it for us.

I choose to live life with grace and ease, effortless and abundant with
appreciation and gratefulness to all life has to offer which I accept and allow
to happen for me and to me.

I also choose to love you and Believe in you.

Kindness

Kindness comes in all shapes and forms as I found out the other day on the
RTD Metro 232 bus in Southern LA County. I got on the bus during the morning
rush time. We can't call it rush hour for it starts about 6:30am and goes
until about 8:00pm.

Anyway, as I got on the bus I discovered it was more crowded than usual with
every seat filled and the aisle also was full. I got on and was moving
toward the rear when a young Hispanic lady stood up and gave me her seat.

Ordinarily, I would not have thought anything of it, however this morning I
was in a lot of pain in my knees and chest also, which made me appreciate it
even more. I am fortunate in that most people respect my age and will give
me a seat so I have grown not callous but possibly not as appreciative as I
should be.

I always say thank you but this time I must have said it with meaning in my
voice and posture for she gave me the sweetest, kindess smile I have received
in a long time.

It is amazing how a smile can say so much about who we are and how we can
brighten someone's day with such a little thing as a smile. This ladies smile
made my day go so much smoother than it had started out.

I found myself giving thanks for her and for everyone on the bus that day
for if it had not been so crowded I may not have received the smile.

I found myself passing it on all day long to others and it made my day go
so much faster. Today I found myself thinking of it and passing it on to
others as I am passing it on to you right now and I really hope you pass it and I
find it coming back to me again tomorrow and for the rest of my life.

Give a smile and receive a smile for as we give so do we receive and
anything we give shall be returned to us multiplied. This is a promise given to
us by the Universe.

There are so many promises like this that the universe wants us to have the
very best in every thing but it can only give us what we seek and if we see a
VW when we could have a Caddy that is not the Universes fault but our own
limited thinking.

Expand our thinking expand our life. Remember what ever we are seeking is
seeking us. So open our arms and invite it in by allowing and accepting it
and knowing it is here now once we learn to open our eyes and see it.

I am so happy, fortunate and blessed in so many ways that I know my own new
vehicle is here now as soon as I learn to open my eyes and see it for I am
giving thanks for it as I allow it and accept into my life with gratitude and
appreciation just like I love you and Believe in YOU.

Obstacles

An interesting event today happened to me today during one of my many walks
around Southern LA County. As I was walking it appeared the sidewalk in
front of me was block by a large bush which I had only an hour before came this
way from the opposite way without seeing it.

As it happened the closer I got to the apparent blockage I could see it had
been an optical illusion which got me to thinking and wondering how many of
the blockages I had perceived in my life were real and how many were illusion.

It makes me stop and wonder how much of what I am seeing now is an illusion
and how much is real

As I told someway the other day believe nothing whart we hear and only half
of what we see.

I sit here exhausted from walking who knows how many miles and waiting hours
for LA's transit system rail and buses. I am thankful for it I am just so
tired. Almost every step was taken with prayers of thanksgiving and gratitude
that I could do it.

I found myself blessing those that drove by and asking Spirit to bless each
one of them in such a way they would realize how blessed they are for the
transportation they have.

My feet and legs hurt, my head and back feel as if they belong to someone
else and I realize they do for this body is only borrowed and someday it will
be returned to the factory for an grade.

I am grateful that I can feel and know that I can do what ever is necessary
to move forward for that is the only direction I choose to go.

My body is tired, my mind is invigorated with the possibilities ahead. As
Tom Hanks character in Castaway said "who knows what the next wave may bring."
And that is so true.

I have awaken in the morning in times past with not a penny in my pocket and
gone to bed with hundreds if not thousands of dollars. Not just once but
many, many times. Just because I do not have a fully functioning vehicle at
this moment doesn't mean I won't have one in the next.

I believe for I am a believer in the goodness of the Universe and that I am
a creator and that I am at this time creating a wonderful vehicle or
something better with h arm to none and benefit to all.

I believe in the Universe that created me and the Spirit that guides me, but
most of all I love you and Believe in YOU

Thoughts on life

Here I sit thinking again about life in general. Or possibly that is just a
way of passing the next 30 minutes while waiting for Enterprise rent a car
office to open.

Talk about convenience it is located directly across the street from my apt
so for the next two days I have wheels. I tell you I am very, very, very
grateful for the opportunity to be able to do this.

I am renting it to go to the Expo in Santa Barbara tomorrow the 9th of
November. It will be nice to be in a new vehicle and just relax on the way for I
shall meet my friend and former employee Chi in Westwood and she will drive
there and back for me.

She has been a good friend after my partner and I broke up so many of my
friends or what I thought were friends no longer called or even took my calls
which is ok for we all need to clean our closets once in a while and that goes
with our "friends" also.

I have been doing my forgiveness work for almost two years now and more and
more I am finding out it is a day to day experience. We don't do it once and
it is done or at least not in my experience.

Every time the thought of what happened comes to mind I immediately go into
forgiveness mode first for myself and then for all others.

It still amazes me that even in the mist of my peace I find there is still
anger. It isn't the obsessive anger that possessed me for so long afterwards
it is an anger that I allowed myself to react so severely and lose so much
for it.

Now I am finding peace slowly but surely.

The good thing that came out of this was discovering what an awesome
wonderful person I am and have always been. It has been like discovering a lost
friend all over again and it feels wonderful to do so.

Yes, to finally know that I love myself after so many years of really not
even liking myself is fantastic.

To once again call me friend is a feeling that is almost impossible to find
words for. To have a friend one must be a friend and that is to one's self
also.

I have been working at the location I am at now for about nine months and it
is really nice to walk in and have so many people happy to see me. It
appears that it takes about six months to be accept or at least that appears to be
my experience.

More and more I find myself missing my own book and gift store. It is
really a great feeling to be able to assist others in an area I know so well. If
it is to be it will happen and if not that is ok also.

One thing I am happy to know is I love you and Believe in YOU.

Long Live the UNIVERSE

I love the Universe for I never know what the next moment may bring. I
suppose that means that there is turmoil or chaos within my soul and that is
probably true.

There are times I would like to be like my late companion that had her life
planned out and her vacations planned and reserved for at least three years
in advance.

With my life all I know for sure is that I will awaken the next day IF the
Universe allows me to and that is ok for I have learned over the years how to
make Lemonade really well.

I can usually keep my head in most situations and come out better than
before I started. I am in a phase right now that to tell the truth I am a little
dazed and confused. Of course being a natural blond all of my life that isn'
t an entirely new state of mind.

This time however, I have to admit there is a small amount of fear creeping
in. I even asked my son last night if He thought I was going senile. He didn
't give me an answer exactly He just begin to name of the things happening
and showing a perfectly natural cause for each.

My son's friends all call him the old man and he is the one they go to when
they need advice for he is very level headed and never does the crazy things
his dad does or did.

One day I asked him how he got so wise. Without batting an eye or cracking
a smile he looked at me and said "from listening to you, Dad."

If anyone had been around they may have noticed a tear in my eye.

Yes, I am wondering what is going on with so many things breaking and others
becoming lost. My van broke down and now I can not even find the keys to
it. Last Sunday I lost my cell phone and after looking every where I could
think of I ask the angels to show me where it was.

When my son called my cell number it was answered by the RTD metro Lost and
Found letting us know where it was. Thank you angels.

I am renting a car for the week end to go Santa Barbara for the Holistic
fair this Sunday. I intend to get a reading or two from some of my friends and
see if this is just a matter of old things passing away and new things
coming in which I believe is what is happening.

Anyway I will keep you posted as to what is happening and one thing I know
is there is a new world rapidly approaching and that I love you and I Believe
in YOU.

The Day After History is Made

I have to be honest and say that I am sitting here stunned as I write this
for never in any way did I think Barrack Obama have any chance in winning this
election.

In fact I told my son and his friend that I believed most people were
saying one thing but when they stepped into the voting booth they would do
another.

I am amazed and yes a little nervous for this man America has elected
President to lead us through the massive challenges we face. I personally believe
if he lives to see a second term it will be a miracle.

While we have given him a clear mandate to make changes in Washington it
brings to mind another young charismatic young man with dreams of change and how
those so entrenched in Washington refused to allow him to dothe work of the
American people choosing to end his life with a bullet in Daily Plaza in
Dallas, Texas.

I was in the military in those days stationed at Wheelus Air Force Base in
Tripoli, Libya, North Africa when I heard the news that President Kennedy had
been slain by a sniper in
Dallas.

I guess we all remember where we were and what we were doing when we
received the news that our President and Commander in Chief had been killed, much
like we shall all remember where we were when we learned that Barrack Obama had
been elected President.

I have lived almost 65 years and have seen electricity brought into the
country farm house I was living in as a boy of 5 or 6. I have seen men landed on
the moon. I have had the privilege to ride on the Concord at an altitude of
60,000 feet and a speed in excess of mach 2 which is over a thousand miles
an hour.

I have seen newspapers become almost extinct and the internet to become a
necessity to most people.

I have seen so much but never did I think that in my life time would I see
an African American elected to the White House.

I truly believed we would see a woman elected President before we would an
African Americanman.

I must say I am proud of our country for doing this for it means we have
come much farther than I thought we have.

Although we can elect an African American as President yet we choose to
discriminate against gay and lesbians and refuse to allow them to choose who wish
to marry.

We have come so far yet it is obvious we have so much farther to go yet I
have come so far as to love you and Believe in YOU

Resurrected

It has been an interesting week as I have been telling you about the
interesting challenges with my laptop. It appears, with my fingers, eyes and legs
crossed that it is back to a semblance of normal. I am still searching for a
few files and programs but for the most part it is back.

I made an interesting discovery through this that after the initial crash if
I had paid attention to all of the installation instructions when I
reinstalled my operating system I would not have lost everything.

So, as so many things in life are for all of us, my difficulties were
brought on by my not paying attention. How many times in life has this been true?
I know for me it has been many, many times.

Either that or not considering the consequences. Dam the torpedoes full
speed ahead as I think Davy Jones said. This has been my attitude and as a
result my life has been an interesting life filled with challenges.

I have discovered and purchased an interesting program by Joe Vitle and Brad
Yates entitled Money beyond Belief. It involves EFT and Guided Imagery done
in the most professional style I have seen in a long time.

Yes, I invested my money in this program which is an investment in myself.
For those of you that no me if I can't get it for free then I usually will
not get it. It is amazing how with a little initiative one can find almost
anything on the web.

When tried a sample of it I was so impressed by the style and
professionalism of Brad Yates as I am a hypno-therapist also and having been for many years
I can recognize superior work and this is it.

I recommend this program to you and you can find it at moneybeyondbelief.com
or google money beyond belief or brad yatesto find it. I believe you will
be as impressed as I was by it.

As most of you know I have been personally having some health issues which I
believe this program will assist me in.

I have been using it to release some old limiting beliefs and yes I still
had a few which were buried very, very deeply and this program has allowed me
to release many of them and I shall continue to use it for some time to come.

Allow me to encourage you to get this program and not just get it but use
it. The guided imagery is the best I have ever used and Brad's voice is very
comforting and soothing which for me is unusual for I usually prefer a female
voice. His voice though is like honey smooth and sweet.

Continuing Resurrection

Again for the second time in less than a week my lap is not responding with
many of its programs among them AOL as well as the restore and backup
programs.

Talking with my son about this after my telling him about my theory of not
responding to something or someone he said that he felt I was reading to much
into things that my TV had been old as well as my minivan and I was always "
messing" with my computer.

I, however know that as without so within. If the outside is no responsive
then it is because the inside is being non responsive to something or someone.

My job is to figure out what or who I am not being responsive to as I work
on restoring my computer to its usual robust nature.

I have to admit I am stumped as to what to do next with my computer. It
will not log on to AOL or activate the internet explorer browser or even shut
down. Likewise, I have no idea what or who I am not responding to Could it be
Spirit I am not listening or responding to? As I said yesterday this
requires meditation and a lot of it.

Someone may ask why I am going into all of this personal stuff. First off
it is to let you know that with all of my knowledge and work I also have
things I am working thorough and also I know that if I am having these
difficulties then there are others also having their own similar difficulties. As I
work though mine then it may assist someone else in their endeavors.

Remember we are one mind in billions of bodies and what affects one in
effect affects all. As I hurt or suffer so do others for non of us truly are
alone.

As I put my request into the Universe for assistance someone out there has
the answer and will send it to me via our thought processes.

I am now at this time requesting my angels tech and otherwise to assist me
in figuring this out and assisting me to fix and restore those things out of
balance in my life. I give thanks that it is done and know that as I am
writing this they are working and giving me the answer at the right and perfect
time.

I give thanks for all of the things in my life and know that there are
wonderful things happening in my life even now and I allow them and accept them
into my life. All that the Universe has for me now and always I accept and
allow and give thanks for and so it is.

I discovered a wonderful program yesterday prior to my computer crashing
again called money beyond belief utilizing EFT and hypnosis. It was an awesome
three hours and more ahead today.

I in fact am going to head over that way and do some more of it as I allow
the angels to heal my computer.

Know that I love you and Believe in you.

Resurrection

I'm back. My laptop died on me last week and for the past several days every spare and some not so spare moments have been spent reinstalling and then discovering where my programs and files are.

Happily I have most everything back to a semblance of order. I have titled this piece today resurrection because there comes a time at least once in a lot of our lives when we have to resurrect or rebuild our life. I have done it many times in my life.

And that is ok and more than that it is good for us to go back and rebuild our life starting with our earliest beliefs and checking out and seeing if they are working for us.

At this time there is a lot going on in my life, first my TV went out then my car loses its transmission and then my computer. So I am going to use today's article to dissect the situation to see if I can see what is happening so I may make the needed corrections to my life.

First thing the TV wouldn't start or respond, then the transmission began slipping on the minivan , in essence not responding then my laptop wouldn't respond.

This is interesting not responding so what or who in my life am I not responding to? This is a most interesting question. Who or what am I not responding to? Who or what am I not responding to? This is going to require meditation.

Rebuilding a life is much like rebuilding a building. First it must be completely destroyed. Yes it is extremely painful, but there are times it must be done for to try to rebuild on a damaged or faulty foundation is dangerous for all concerned.

Then we must make a blueprint or plan of how we wish to rebuild our building or life. We must check out the ground we are building on and see if it is firm enough for rebuilding or does it need to be reinforced.

Then we must begin to build a new foundation strong enough to support us in the strongest storms of life.

Then brick by brick we begin to build the walls and structure it self always keeping a level at hand to make sure the floors and walls are straight. So also do we keep a level which is a set of beliefs or a code that will keep us straight and level.

It is up to us to put into that code anything that will assist us in moving forward and upward. A code that will keep us strong when the storms of life hit, yes the same ones that destroyed us before we shall now be able to survive them and not just survive them but rise above them.

Yes, a code that will be ours and ours alone. Oh, it may have been copied from someone we admire, however it has been made our own by our altering it to fit our own needs and desires.

Yes, a resurrected life is one to be admired and complemented for, yet the building never stops for it is a day to day project always building, repairing and shoring up those areas that may be weak.

I love you and admire you and remember I Believe in YOU.

Beauty

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Sonia Ricotti for her new
book which I have recently bought and read, "the Law of Attraction, plain and
simple.

It isn't just a book on LOA for it is actually a book that gives several
steps to helping one find peace of mind.

Sonia fills the bill of the title of today's article for she is a beauty of
a person, with a beauty that comes from within her heart and mind.

The first time I saw her teach on youtube my first thought was "if only I
were ten years younger". It seems I think that a lot and then I remember
metaphysically there is no such thing as time or space.

What a discovery that one can visit beauty when ever they choose. I shut
my eyes and go to Toronto when ever I choose to visit this young lady.

I love beauty in the feminine form. I love to observe ladies of all kind
for to me that is true beauty. I love to listen to beauty speak for the words
of beauty brings tears to my eyes. I love to love beauty.

I have found an interesting thing that what I find to be beautiful someone
else may not. I guess it is true that beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Beauty, like all things are a matter of perception, therefore the eye of the
beholder.

I have found people, ladies and men that at first appeared to be rather
plain and then they began to speak and love began to flow from their hearts and
minds and in front of my eyes they transformed into beings of beauty.

I love beautiful objects, art of all types, architecture, nature. Just to
watch the sun go down over the ocean is such a blessing. I love to watch a
beautiful woman walk. I see children playing with their animals with such a
freedom of joy.

It is at times like this that I realize what a blessed man I am to be living
in such a world of beauty. I wonder how in the world I can assist others in
seeing this beautiful world that I see for I see a world of beauty, love and
peace.

This is my world. I sit here today knowing that my van died yesterday and
intellectually have no idea where or if there is another one coming while in
my heart I know there is even if I have no idea how or from where. I know the
Universe loves me and knows I desire another vehicle so it will allow one to
come to me in its perfect time as in this or something better with harm to
none with thanks and gratefulness I allow it to be so and so it is.

I love life and life loves me. I love sitting here writing this though I
know at times I tend to ramble on and on and on. The thing is that I also know
that within the ramblings there are nuggets of wisdom if one chooses to
search and mine them for their own use.

One thing I do know is that I love beauty that is why I love you and believe
in you.

Encinitas report

I had a fantastic time at the show in Encinitas. Financially, I have had
better shows and I have had worse shows. Just being able to see old friends
and make new ones was what makes going to these so wonderful.

I did a few readings and counseling sessions. I guess I didn't put my
protection around me for I allowed a couple of them to sap my energy. I tend to
forget that there are always energy vampires at these events.

Many times they have no idea what they are doing and then again there are
those that keep going on the energy of others.

We had the privilege of being hosted by the Seaside Church of Religious
Science in their new facilities. It was a really nice facility and we enjoyed it
tremendously.

The lady I rode down with is a good friend to me since we use to work
together in the store I was co-owner of and has been a good friend to me since.

I was really glad she was driving. It was only about an hour and 45 minute
drive from my house, but boy was I tired when I arrived home Saturday night.
Lots of times my son allows me to use his car on these road trips. This
time I was really glad to have a driver.

Dean the show facilitator is interested in my setting up a secondhand book
store at the events which I would love to do if I can find some younger person
to help with the lifting and moving of the boxes.

I love to do the events and be around all of the people and feel the energy
they all put out. It is almost like a spiritual carnival of sorts.

Just took a break to go eat and take a walk. God / the Universe is good for
I didn't think for a few minutes I would make it without calling 911. I am
home now sitting in my recliner and writing. To tell the truth I may still
call 911 for I am really hurting. Going to take a break and get back to you
in a bit.

I'm back and life just is. I am doing some deep breathing exercises and
controlling the pain with meditation also. There are times we just have to let
it be. My time isn't yet for I still have lots of work to do, people to see
and ladies to love.

Put me on your prayer list for there are so many wonderful things in my life
to work on at this time, from manifesting a wonderful vehicle to my healing
which I know is all happening even as I write to you, here and now or
something better with harm to none and so it is.

It is exciting to get up every morning and see what exciting new things the
Universe has for me today. This may even be the day I see my wonderful new
lady friend enter my life. Who knows, it could happen.

No matter what you are here and I love you and Believe in you.

Excited

I am as bad as a child, although that isn't all bad for the Teacher once
said to enter heaven you must be as a child.

Well, in my case, I am always excited before a big event, a trip or anything
out of the ordinary. Tomorrow October 18th, 2008 I will be in Encinitas,
out side of San Diego, close to Del Mar for a Holistic / Green Fair where I
shall be doing spiritual counseling and coaching for several hours. The event
will be from 10:00 until 6:00 and I shall have to leave about 3:00 as I am
riding with a friend.

I always enjoy these events for it gives me an opportunity to be with like
minded individuals, people that are nuts like me. That is a good thing. I
amazes me more and more for as I look around and talk to people more and more
I find there are nuts like me in the most unlikely places.

1996 when I first started coming into this people didn't accept it as they
do now. I personally believe we are very close to the hundred monkey.

For those of you not familiar with the hundred monkey principle there was a
group of people studying monkeys in a group of islands when they noticed a
thing happening over and over again. As they taught or showed the monkeys on
one island something as they taught the hundred monkey then all of the monkeys
on all of the islands began doing the same thing.

In our case we believe that as we approach our hundred monkey which may in
actuality be the 100 million person that is awakened spiritually that we will
see our new age appear with spirituality breaking out all over.

Personally I believe it is very near for just like using a new face cream
brings out all of the impurities I believe all the apparent negatives happening
around us are the negatives being purged from our system and then bingo…
Nirvana.

There may even come a time when we are expelled to our own spiritual world
and the non spiritual people may be in one place while we are in another or it
could be a parallel universe or dimension…who knows. It really doesn't
matter how it happens I just know it is happening and soon.

Can't you feel the shift as it is starting to move faster and faster. Soon
we shall elect our first woman to a major political office and not to longer
after that she may even be the highest elected official in the land.

I for one can only say bring it on. To have a smart, intelligent woman
running the government can only be a good thing. A vote for M is actually a vote
for SP. I see in the not too distant future it will be SP against HRC. Now
that will be interesting.

You see the thing is if the ladies of this country decided to put one of
their own in the White House they couldn't be stopped…for whether the men want
to admit it our not the ladies actually do have the power in this country.
The majority of the wealth is in their hands due to inherited wealth and the
control over the men just because of the fact they are female and the power
that gives those that know how to use it.

Ladies use your power and use it wisely for remember I love you and I
Believe in you

Wealth

Wealth is such a relative thing. I sit here in my apt, in my recliner with
my tv that is connected to a satellite that receives images from all around
the world.

I remember writing an affirmation several years ago saying "I have a state
of the art computer connected to unlimited databases".

Now my computer isn't state of the art or linked to unlimited databases but
compared to my Commodore 64 it is state of the art. The databases may not be
unlimited but compared to my 1983 billboards I accessed they are more than I
ever dreamed of having.

I have learned also to add to my affirmations "this are something better
with harm to none."

Wealth is something that we in America sometimes get lost in. We are the
wealthiest nation in the history of the world. Our poorest people and I mean
those that are sleeping in the street are still wealthier than in almost any
country in the world with the possible exception of Holland.

A street person here still has access to numerous free beds to sleep in if
they choose to sit through an hour or so of listening to someone else's
beliefs. They have access to free medical of all kinds. Most states even give
them spending money.

I have no problem with any of this for as we give so do we receive. There
was a time after my stroke when I had two teenagers and no way to provide for
them that the state came to my aid.

I sit here now and know it is a miracle every month that my bills are paid
and I eat so very good. I am blessed and wealthy beyond measure.

I always lived my live knowing that no matter what happened I would be taken
care. I didn't know how I just knew I would.

I have lived in my van, on school buses, motor homes, in $500,000.00 houses
slept on the floor of my shop. It didn't matter for I was doing what I
wanted to do.

I live a great life on less than most people make in a couple of weeks. I
write, go to my part time job. Stop by the bar for a diet coke just to be
around people. This is new for there was a period of about three years I never
left my apt except for medical or to eat.

Wealth is relative. I am so wealthy it is amazing. My apt has over a
thousand books in the living room.

I am so blessed to see my son most every day as he lives next door to me. I
look through this article and see I, I, I.

That in itself isn't so egoish as it is sad. All of my life I had the fear
of finding myself alone at the end of my life.

I realize that as Job said the thing I greatly feared has come upon me.
This is true and it always will. What ever we fear will find us.

Then I realize I am not alone. I may not have a companion now, who knows
what tomorrow may bring, but I do have my children and my grandchild for my son
hasn't left his mark yet.

That is what I am waiting for is to see my son's child and I shall or not
for I realize it doesn't matter for I can leave now and be happy for I have
seen and done more than a boy from Waco ever thought possible.

Most of all I have you out there and know that I am truly not alone for I
love you and Believe in you.

PS.
The beauty of writing these things is knowing that it is Spirit talking to
me and allowing you to listen in. Wealth is in the mind of the beholder as
all things are. Think yourself rich, you are. Think yourself poor, you are.
I am wealthy beyond belief for I know I am loved by the Universe, my family
and yes, by you my readers.

Mind

A mind is a terrible thing to waste. A cliché' perhaps, a truth none the
less. I personally believe that a focused, disciplined mind can achieve
anything it chooses to achieve.

The statement by Napoleon Hill that anything the mind of man can conceive
and believe, the mind of man can achieve is to me one of the most brilliant
statements in the history of mankind.

How do we achieve a focused and discipline mind? I believe it begins as all
things do with the desire, then the intent, then the conscious decision to
develop it.

The above is actually the formula for manifestation thought, feeling, action
equaling results TFAR if you will.

I have always been a person that lived in their mind. I have been a
daydreamer most of my life and it is amazing how many of my dreams came about. I
was amazed until I realized that daydream is a for of visualization and when I
began to use my daydreams in a creative way.

Wow, what a difference it made. I have realized something else also, that
we each have to have our own personal code to live by. It doesn't matter
what it is as long as it make sense to us and works for us.

Sometimes it doesn't have to make sense it just has to work for us. The
challenge today is that most people have no code or the one they do have is not
working for them.

This piece today is about the mind and before I wander to far a field let me
return and said that our mind is our mind and if we aren't doing our own
thinking then someone else is thinking for us.

The big question today is who is doing your thinking and why aren't you
doing your own thinking?

Why give it up to Uncle Sam or to your pastor or your spouse. If you are
over 18 and not living at home why aren't you thinking for yourself?

I say over 18 and not living at home for if you are over 18 and still living
at home you are under your parents roof and their rules.

Even in this situation one can still have their code and think for their
selves as long as it respects the situation they find themselves in.

Respect yourself first and then respect all others for as we treat others so
we will be treated.

Also know that if someone else treats us wrong it is only wrong if we think
it is. We do not have to be affected by the way someone treats us for we
never know what happened previous to cause this person to treat us this way.

I know that when my thinking is wrong I wind up hurting myself by hitting my
head, my finger, stubbing my toe or something awkward.

The Universe is always talking to us the thing is we aren't always listening
so what I am hearing now is the Universe saying to me I Love You and I
Believe in you.

Love it or leave it…

I was planning on writing this patriotic speech about the old saying love it
or leave it meaning America when Spirit reminded me not to worry about the
election.
That it doesn't matter who wins or loses for the right one can not lose and
the wrong one can not win.

Spirit said to me to look deeper at this statement. Love it or leave it…
for this refers to all things in love…love it or leave it.

It doesn't matter if it is your job, relationship or what it is, if you don'
t love it leave it for you aren't doing it or yourself any good by staying
there.

You can always tell when it is time to leave for that is when gratitude
becomes attitude. When you just can't stand to be where you are.

But, wait what about that other old saying "Grow where you are planted".
That is fine as long as you are growing. If, however, you aren't growing and
only surviving then it is time to transplant your self.

Change is difficult you say, well, I say that is an idea so change your
mind, change your life.

I was going to write that life isn't a cliché' and it isn't when I realized
I actually wasn't sure about just what a cliché was. So, by the magic of
the internet I found a site called the "cliché finder".

Upon looking here I find the following definition of a cliché':

A cliche is a vivid depiction of an abstract matter that works by means of
analogy and/or exaggeration.
The picture used usually is drawn from everyday experience so that the
recipient most probably is able to relate to the depiction by tentatively querying
his reaction to what is conveyed in the picture.

This is ok but what got me was what the writer said a few sentences further
down:
but it has been overused to the point that its sole function is to mark its
user as a lazy thinker.

This got to me for I was shocked to realize how right the writer was for as
I think about it I think in cliché's quiet a bit. Does this qualify me as a '
lazy thinker"?

Then Spirit says to me "so what" at least you are thinking. Does it matter
if you are a "lazy thinker" or perhaps you are an "efficient thinker".

I love Spirit for it is always on my side as the Universe / Spirit always
is. A thinker is a thinker that is all I need to remember for if I allowed
myself I could sit here all day beating myself up for being a "lazy thinker".

People recognize cliché's and know before you finish the sentence what you
are going to say.
I may be wrong but I think that people identify with what they know.

I am here to be as real as I possibly can be and if I attempt to write above
the level that most people read then I am doing no one a favor.
I am here to convey or give to you some hopefully wise words to help you
avoid some of the errors that I appeared to have made.

I would not listen to anyone and excused it by saying "It's my life and my
mistakes to make".
What I have learned is it is not my life it is Spirit's life. My job isn't
to make mistakes it is to think about what I do and then do what is right
for all.

Do I do that all of the time? I wish that I could in all honesty say yes.
The truth however is no I do not and then I compound it but saying I am just
human.

I am getting better at least now I recognize it when I do it and one day I
shall recognize it prior to doing it so I will not do it. That day is coming
and soon.

One thing that is here now is that I love you and I Believe in you.

The Magic One Hundred

I am not positive for when I started this blog I didn't have a dedicated
file for just this blog so I am not sure but I believe this is around my one
hundredth piece for this venue.

It really doesn't matter whether it is one hundred, fifty, seventy-five or
what ever it is I want to take this opportunity to thank Will Edwards the
publisher of White Dove Books for the opportunity to do this.

One hundred times at least or may be a few more I have had the liberty to
sit down and write what I have thought with never once being told I shouldn't
have done that by my publisher.

Do you have any idea how unusual that is in the history of our world and
even today so many places we can not sit down and speak our minds. I remember I
think it was 1998 or maybe 1999 when my companion and I went to China for
several weeks. One of the first things we were warned of was (me especially)
was to be careful of what we said and did while in China.

The reason being that while we were use to saying and speaking our minds
here in America we were reminded what a different country China is and how their
laws are much different than we enjoy here.

I am happy and proud to be an American. To me it is a shame that others
can not enjoy the freedoms everyday we enjoy. I find it so hard to imagine
women not having the opportunity to be all they can possibly be until I remember
it hasn't been that long that they have enjoyed that here as well.

I really wished that I had learned earlier that the secret to a happy life
was to make my lady happy and then I would be happy for if our ladies aren't
happy then no one is happy. The secret is to make them happy as long as it
makes us happy then when it no longer makes us happy to make them happy then
that is when it is time to leave.

Making the other happy and pleasing them. If I had done that then today my
best friend probably wouldn't be my laptop.

I love women for they are special and so much smarter than men will ever be.
God bless them for allowing us to believe the myth that we were the
stronger sex and myth it is and always has been.

It has been proven that women make much better fighter pilots than men for
their bodies handle the higher pulls of gravity G's better than men. The
problem is can you imagine a squadron of PMS fighter pilots no one would stand a
chance.

All joking aside, women are smarter and more able to deal with stress than
men can. I can look back over my life and know that if I had listened to the
women in my life what a different life it would have been.

In many ways I am thankful I didn't listen for I have lived a life that very
few have had the privilege to live.

Thank you Universe for this life and Thank you Will for this opportunity to
write.
As always know that I love you and Believe in YOU.

Assertiveness

There is a thin line between being assertive and being aggressive. It is
also a matter of perception as most things in life are.

As a man I enjoy an assertive woman especially one that is liberated enough
to let me know that she is interested in me. However, one that shows up at
my front door constantly and will not take no for an answer causing me to be
more abrupt than I would normally choose to be is not to my liking.

Being assertive puts you out there to get the things you want. Being
aggressive puts one out there in the other persons space taking what isn't theirs.
I like being given a choice. Whether it is chicken or beef or it is your
place or mine and with whom I choose to make that choice.

Assertiveness is necessary to keep us from being door mats. Of course if we
do not choose to be door mats then we do not put ourselves in that position
in the first place. We can not be walked on if we are not in that position.

Going with the flow keeps us out of that situation. Usually it is the
aggressive person that finds themselves in that position for they blocked the door
to start with and the other person goes over them to get to where they want
to go.

The thing is we put ourselves in that position and then complained when the
other person used us in that manner.

We get what we put out there. What goes around comes around. It is amazing
when we do not think of the consequences to our actions. For every action
there is an equal and opposite reaction. Cause and effect, the law of
attraction.

It doesn't matter what we call it but we always get what we put out there.
Put out good and get good in return. Put out the other and receive the
other. Life is just as good as we think it is and beyond that it is as good as
we allow it to be.

I can remember people offering to help me and with a prideful manner I would
decline because I wanted to do it myself. There is almost always someone
willing to help you when you have been the type of person to help others.
However, when you haven't been one to assist others then don't complain when
there is no one to assist you.

The Universe wants only to give you what ever you want out of life, but it
can only give you what it perceives you want and that perception is from the
way we think, speak and act.

One of my pastors and teachers when I was first coming into this way of
thinking wrote a book of prayer treatments entitled "the Universe always says
Yes, Yes, Yes."

Being new to this it took me a while to realize what was being said. The
Universe always says Yes, Yes, Yes, the trick is we have to say yes first. An
expression I heard recently was paying it forward.

Whatever we want we have to put it out there first before we can ever
receive it. We put it out there by seeing it and creating it in our minds then
keeping that picture there until it is in front of us in "reality" for all
things start in our minds first.

What I am seeing right here and right now is that I love each and every one
of you and I Believe in YOU.

Appreciate…Allow…Accept…

With these three items in our box of tools for life we can make anyone our
friend and possibly more.

Appreciation is something we all want in our life. For someone to
appreciate us for who we are, not what we have or do not have. Just to see us, really
see us as Dr. Gene Scott used to say for people to see past the externals to
the true person within.

Allowance is the ability to allow others to be who they are without
judgment. To know that within everyone is goodness if only it is allowed to emerge
by our allowing it.

Acceptance of who we are, not who you think we are. There are so many
people just wanting to be accepted. Not just wanting to be but begging to be and
when they aren't they retaliate with violence

It is amazing how many master and phd degrees there are on a circus or
carnival midway. There was a time in my life, more than once actually that when
the pressures of life became to great I would escape to the carnival for there
you are who you say you are and no one cares where you came from or even
where you are going.

After, a time "civilization" would call and back I would come to live a "
civilized" life again. I use to be amazed at how easily people would lie to me
until I realized how easily I lied to myself.

Once, I stop lying to myself others stopped lying to me. What ever we want
from others we must first give to ourselves.

To be appreciated, allowed to be myself, and to be accepted for who I am has
always been my goal until I realized that until I do these things for and to
myself I will never receive them from others.

It all goes back as it always does to personal responsibility. We are
always responsible for our actions and the Universe will always hold us
responsible. We wonder why no one stays in our life for long then we realize we haven'
t been to good at staying in the lives of others.

I realized the other day and you would think this would come long before now
and it did just not as strong as it popped up this time. What I realized
is that it only takes one act of carelessness to ruin a life time reputation.
Then I realized something else Jesus said that we are to forgive not seven
times seven but seven times seventy or as many times as necessary.

It just shows me more and more how little those that claim to be his
followers probably wouldn't even allow him inside the doors of their churches today.
I hear love preached everywhere and right behind that I hear condemnation
of gays, lesbians, any one that doesn't follow their way of living.
As I remember the scripture it is a message of unconditional love for all,
no matter what.

What I do know is that I appreciate you as I allow you to be you and accept
you as you are because I love you and Believe in YOU.

Respect

I recently had someone talk to me about the fact they didn't feel as if
anyone respected them. In all the time I have known this person I have very
seldom heard them speak respectfully of anyone else.

One of the things I have learned over the years is that if I want something
I have to give it to receive it. I can not force someone to give it to me,
especially respect. If it has to be forced then it isn't respect it is fear.

I have to respect myself before I can expect to receive respect and not only
do I have to respect myself I have to put respect out there before me. A
person that wants to be respected has only to treat others with respect.

It starts with a smile and a good or kind word for others. If we are
supervisors we get respect by giving those that work for us respect. If we are
workers we get respect by giving our co-workers and those above us respect.

I guarantee that if we aren't receiving respect we aren't giving it. A
kind word, a word of encouragement or a compliment will bring almost instant
respect. It is never to late to change our actions. While we can never change
first impressions we can change the way people view us.

Some times it is hard for we may at times be stereotyped by our cultures or
our image. However, our true natures always show through if we allow them
to.

Respect is a matter of being respectful of your self and to others.
Speaking respectfully and allowing others to know their opinion is important to you.
Now this doesn't mean that we allow others opinions to alter what we think
or do unless we really want it too. It does mean that we listen to others
and weight their opinions to see it they are valid and of use to us.

They may be valid and still not be of use to us in the situation we find
ourselves in so we thank them and let them know that we value their opinions
however in this instance we prefer to do it our way, but thanks for caring
enough to give us another option.

I have learned so much over the course of my sixty five years that if I can
share and impart a bit of it to others in order to assist them in not
possibly making some of my many mistakes or errors over the years I would be pleased.

One thing I have learned is that those supposed mistakes or errors were just
to show me the many ways things are not done and there are no mistakes
unless we see them as such.

It took Edison over 1000 tries to successful make a light bulb work. Did he
see those as failures? No, he said he found over a thousand ways to not
make a light bulb work. As anything else success or failure is in the mind.

I have learned that a supposed mistake was only a detour so I could see
another way of life or another way of thinking. I also have seen that even
mistakes can be corrected in such a way as to appear to be beautiful.
I have learned it is all in the eye of the beholder as well as in the mind
of those beholding. It is true that as we think so we are and with that in
mind I think that I love you and Believe in you.

Enlightenment

Did you know that the moment of enlightenment comes at the moment you learn
there is such a thing as enlightenment. As they say before we are enlighten
we chop wood and carry water. After we are enlighten we chop wood and carry
water.

So what is the purpose of enlightenment and just what is enlightenment? Two
fantastic questions. The purpose of enlightenment is for us to learn who
and what we are. As far as what enlightenment is that is the moment we
discover we are more than human.

As Jesus said in a quote from the prophets of old. "Know ye not that ye are
as little gods." As it was then it is still considered by the Church to be
heresy to speak such as that.

For if the masses knew we were all gods on earth then there would no longer
be any controlling them . The scriptures were brought forth in an effort to
control the masses of those days.

Today we are still under the control of those that are no more or no less
than we are. Once we realize who and what we are that we are Spiritual Beings
having a human experience it changes everything.

We are not all of God, but all that we are is god. It is as a drop of
ocean is not all of the ocean but all of it is ocean. We have the ability to be
co-creators with the universe and we are doing it everyday either consciously
or unconsciously by our attitude we create a positive tomorrow or a negative
tomorrow it is all our choice.

It is all done by the thoughts and feelings we have. Think and feel
positive have a positive life. Think and feel negative and have a negative life.

Even in times like this and especially in times like this a person with the
proper attitude will go so much farther than those that moan and groan about
what is happening. If you can't control it don't worry about tf.

If you can control it then do the best with what you have in a positive
loving manner and watch it multiply for the energy we send out into the Universe
is sent back to us multiplied many times.

Every event that happens in our life is neutral, positive or negative until
we label it and then it what it is until such time as we change the label if
we do.

The Universe loves us and wants us to have what we want in life and it sends
to us exactly what it appears we want. If we are bitching moaning it sends
us more things to bitch and moan about but if we are bright happy and
cheerful we receive more things to be bright, happy and cheerful about.

Whatever we put out there comes back to us as what goes around comes around.
The question is what are you putting out there as for me I am putting out
love and believe in others for that is what I want. Remember I love you and I
Believe in YOU

The Well revisited…

As I have said before I liken a teacher, minister, writer or anyone that is
constantly giving of themselves, that, like a well has to replenish itself so
do we. In light of that I am always in search of new writers and teachers
to learn from or to assist me in remembering who and what I am.

I recently found a new teacher through a reference from one of the many
newsletters I receive daily. Her name is Sonia Ricotti and she is as intelligent
as she is beautiful. Oh, to be 20 years younger. Her wisdom is far beyond
her years.

She has been a corporate leader and earned over a six figure income before
quitting and taking a $25.00 a day job as a tour guide while she pondered her
life's direction and then starting her own corporation which you can
experience at leadoutloud.com.

You can also experience her on youtube.com. Anyway, I just went to Barnes
and Nobles and picked up her book there. It is a little thin, but then it's
title is "the Law of Attraction, Plain and Simple. Which it is and I have
gone though it in about two hours or so. It isn't a long book but it is a book
full of good stuff. It is a good easy read.

Forgiveness, gratitude, letting go not only of the past but of negative
friends and people in your life. Deciding how the end of your life will be.
Also, taking the shoulds out of your life. Stop shoulding on yourself. All of
this and so much more.

I was in a counseling group one time many years go when the leader of the
group introduced a roll of toilet paper that when ever someone said should the
roll was tossed to them to remind us not to should on ourselves.

A small book that I have to admit I was tempted to sit down and skim it
there and just pick out the meat of it when I realized that what I was actually
contemplating doing was actually stealing the book's info and robbing this
author of her money.

Wow, what a revelation that was

Yes, in effect, I had looked at the book and said to myself it is so thin
that it can't be worth the money and then I thought of the $ 36.00 I had just
put in my gas tank and said well if I can give the gas companies that kind of
money I can give this author that is enriching my life her money. So I did.
And glad I did it.

It reminded me when I was assistant pastor to Pastor Jeff many years ago and
so many times he gave me assignments I really didn't want to do but when I
did them I received so much pleasure from them.

Many times, all it takes in life is to show up to be blessed.

Now then, let me recommend to you to pick up Sonia's book and be blessed as
you read it as it will assist you in finding that inner peace we are all
seeking and so few seem to find.

the Past…

Did you know there is no such thing as the past? I have just been listening
to a new teacher I have discovered named Sonia Ricotti. What a beautiful
old soul and one of the things she brought out that really resonated with me is
that there is no such thing as the past.

Yes, we lived it, went through it and survived it. The thing is it is gone
and is no more with the exception of in the memory. When we turn loose of it
then it truly is no more. It is gone. And that is what we have to do with
the past, good, bad, indifferent, it doesn't matter. Turn loose of it and let
it go. If need be do our forgiveness work and move on.

Once we turn loose of it and let it go, then and only then can we once again
begin living our present life. In many if not most instances the past is
full of negative happenings that if we dwell on them we bring the negative into
the present.

We have got to concentrate on generating positive energy all of the time to
create a positive present and future for whatever we are doing today is
creating our tomorrows. Our thoughts, words, feelings and actions are all
creating what happens next.

We are the creators of our life for as we create the Universe which loves us
so much says oh that is what you want ok here is some more of it and bingo
there is more of what you have been having.

Put a smile on our face and thank the Universe for all that we have and have
had for we have decided to go a new direction and this is what we want now
as we put the picture of a new life on the front of our mind and begin to see
in our mind as our new reality. As some one said recently stop being
realistic and be unrealistic and go for what you want in life instead of settling
for the way things are.

Begin to think of it and go for it. Like the person that went out to pick
up some milk and just kept going. It wasn't a sudden impulse, they had been
thinking about it for a while and decided to follow their heart.

Decide what it is in life you really want and go for it. Now if you are a
parent of children I am not saying to go off and abandon your
responsibilities, but begin putting into your life those things you really want while taking
care of those that depend on you.

However, if they aren't your responsibility then let them know they are on
their own and do YOUR thing. Do not fall for the guilt and shame trip they
may try to run on you to keep you in bondage for your life is your life to
live as you desire.

It is time to let go of the past and live in the present for the past is
dead and gone is no more and does not exist anywhere except in memory.

Also remember what others think is none of our business. Their thoughts are
their thoughts, my life is my life and so is your life is your life. Live
it, enjoy it and remember I Love you and Believe in YOU

It has been said that the most dangerous person in the world is a person
that thinks for themselves. You ask me doesn't everyone think for them selves
and my answer would be, very few do.

Most people take without question what they learned as children, what they
hear on the radio or TV news or read in the news paper. Their minister
preaches to them from the pulpit and they take it as truth. Their family or
friends tell them something an instead of checking it out they take it as truth.

The truth is most people or asleep at the wheel as the scriptures call them
sheep will follow practically anyone anywhere. For years I thought it was
cute and cuddly when I read the scriptures which I have done several times all
the way though to hear how they revered to people as sheep.

This was until I read about sheep and how stupid they are and will follow
their leader to their death without a second thought. This describes so many
fundamentalist religionist, whether Christian, Islamic, Jewish or what have
you. They do not question, they follow without thought or research.

It is time we stop checking our brains at the door when we leave our houses
and take them with us. It is time to become a nation of dangerous, thinking
people.

Our scriptures were created by a combination of royalty and clergy for one
reason only and that was control. The masses were becoming hard to control so
the church in conjunction with the Government under King James brought
together their scholars to bring together the authorized religious writings as
there were literally thousands of Spiritual manuscripts to decide which ones
most closely told the story they way they wanted it told.

There are many Spiritual books and manuscripts out there and if they were
read would give one a much different picture on this thing we call religion.
That is why there are so many different sects, and cults out there.

Interestingly one of the definitions of cults is "Anyone that believes
differently than you."
Actually a cult is anyone that joins together to deliver any viewpoint,
religious or otherwise.

If you think we are a nation of thinkers then look at who we have to choose
from as potential leaders. Do you really think this is the best our Country
has to offer us to choose from?

I tend to agree with President Lincoln who said the people usually get the
President they deserve. I am sorry sir, but I don't believe we deserve what
is coming to us this time.

It takes character to be a leader and I am sorry but the only one with any
character at all is only the one I can vote for as VP, although at the age of
the man in front of her, it is very possible she will be the president and
long before many people think.

She will be the first but not last Lady President for we are in actuality a
matriarchal society. We are ruled by the ladies whether the men wish to
admit it or not and they don't.

A smart man will admit the ladies are much smarter than we are and much more
suited to leadership roles.

Now that last sentence may get me committed but I believe it. Just as I
Love you and Believe in YOU.

Sex

This is probably my favorite subject of all time. As a young man it was on
my mind most of the time for I couldn't indulge enough. I loved it and was
addicted to it.

Now as a much older man I find it really isn't much different for my
thoughts are still there. Remembering the wonderful, partners, companion, wives of
years past, I find that not having been with a companion for over three years
now and considering my age I am wondering if I can still perform. Now isn't
that a ridiculous thought? Can I still perform?

I heard an old country song yesterday which I am not even sure if it is true
in my case for he said he wasn't as good as he once was but he was as good
once as he ever was. I think in my case in may be true but I believe I would
have to use every one of my many years of experience to use the many tools
available to me to accomplish the task.

I do not know if this is common or even usual in a man of my years to have
these thoughts however I know if I am having them then somewhere someone else
is having them also.

I do know this that Sex at any age is wonderful. I have often said the
worse I ever had was wonderful and that is so very, very true. It has always
amazed me how our western morals have so turned sex into this subject that isn't
discussed except in whispers or as a joking matter.

This is the most beautiful experience two people can experience together for
the moment of mutual release is the highest spiritual experience it is
possible for two people to experience together. It is the closest two people can
ever be physically, mentally, and emotionally whether it is being used as a
creative moment or a moment of pure physical pleasure.

If you are blessed to have a companion and you are blessed if you do have
one then begin right this moment to thank the Universe for that partner for you
are blessed among individuals.

An old saying that if you really think about it says a lot goes like this.
If you are not with the one you love then love the one you are with. The
most important lover in our life is the one we are with at any given moment.

Do I miss not having a Lover. YES, I do most emphatically YES. Do I have a
good life now? I must say I have an acceptable life at this time. Would I
change it if I could and I can if I so choose? I do not know for that really
is the only area of my life that is not being fulfilled.

Now having said that let me say that I do not know and this is my own
conundrum. Is that yes I would love to have someone in my life to fill this part
of it. I just do not know if I want the responsibility of someone unless they
were really in tuned with me.

I am honest enough with myself to know that I am a selfish, self centered,
fairly high maintenance person so I know that is probably who I would attract
to me.

For that is the way life works, we attract to us that which we are. Also
another basic principle of life is that whatever we are seeking is seeking us.

In the long run I like everyone else must decide what I want if I ever
expect to receive it. Oh, I have my lists of what my dream lover looks like,
petite, long dark hair with beautiful almond shaped eyes, small dainty feet about
105 lbs., intelligent, conversant on most subjects, a giving, sharing,
loving, trusting person.

Then as I look at my list I remember that whatever I desire I must be it to
receive it. As I look at my list I realize that I have a lot of work ahead of
me if I am to receive this angel of a companion.

Then I remember a term I heard a little while ago "friends with benefits".
When I learned what it meant I was floored. As a younger man it was called
a booty call. And yes I made my share of those. What amazes me the most
now is that as I look around me there are just very few that even come close to
interesting me when at one time if it were female and on two legs then they
interested me.

Am I becoming more selective or have I just become so jaded that only the
best will do. Perhaps I have come to realize that I deserve the very best and
my friend so do you. I encourage you to never again settle for less than the
best. Also remember, I love you and I believe in YOU.
