Nothing and no one have any power over us except what we allow. But what about the government and all of the rules and laws of society? What about them? We have allowed them to have power over us. Are you aware of how many people have dropped off of the grid...to go underground so no one would have power over them?

Do I advocated or endorse this? Only to the extent that I admire them for following their heart...as I did for many years. The only regret I have now is that I didn't have the remembrance of what I have now - of who and what I am. All I knew at the time was this wasn't the way I wanted to live and went searching for what I wanted.

Now I KNOW this information came to me many times. Also many times I blew it off as being unbelievable...impossible or so I believed. With this as my belief it was impossible for me at that time. The past has only the power we allow it to have...no more...no less. The people in our lives have only the power we allow them to have...no more...no less.

We and we alone choose how much power to give events and people in our lives. To understand how this works, one must realize that every thought, word, and action creates our life. Today was created yesterday, 10-20-30-40 years ago. Depending on your age...yes it may have even been created in past lives.

However, we can begin now at this time to create a different present as well as future, for the power is in this moment. This moment we are living right now, for life is only a thought - nothing more...nothing less...

Whatever we believe to be true is true right here...right now. If we believe there is nothing but love surrounding us...it is true. If we believe the world is out to get us...it is true. What ever our belief is that is what we shall live. Why don't we believe in this moment while there is no panic or pressure to change our lives?

Don't wait until we are on our death bed to worry about the hereafter. Whatever is there...is there...so why worry about it...do the very best we can...now at this time...in this moment to live as we truly want to live...loving and trusting ourselves and all around us.

What ever happens, then, look for the good in it. We may not be able to control what happens to us; we can, however, control the way we see it. As well as the way we label it and handle it. What ever happens, just get into the habit of stepping back; saying now isn't that interesting...without placing any labels - of any kind - on it.

What I am doing at this moment is knowing that I love and believe in YOU.
