When I use to drop my son off at School during his high school days many times he would leave me with this "Have a good day in your world, Dad.) He wasn't being disrespectful just acknowledging that our worlds were vastly different as he was headed into an academic youthful world while I was headed to work as a Tarot reader in a Metaphysical store.Truth be told I am usually in my own world and as such I realize that I am the ambassador of that world and most people do not speak the same language as I.
Doesn't make them or I wrong or right, good or bad, it just makes us different while being the same. A paradoxical conundrum would you not agree?
I realize that the best way for my to 'sell' my world and philosophy is live it in such a way that others would want to experience it also.
It is my job to present what and who I am in such a way that others would desire the opportunity to experience what I experience every day.
I have learned that while people may not hear what we are speaking they "hear" what we are doing very clearly.
When our actions do not match our words that is when peoples alarms go off and the word hypocrite comes across.
It truly is funny for I came into this philosophy thinking the ladies would be easier to approach which for the most part is true however that is where the ease ends for the ladies over here expect far more of us than the so called religious ladies ever did.
The ladies are over here for they not only want and expect more from their partners they do not settle for less than the best and I like that for that is who and what I am.
I truly believe that no one can find anyone better than me and they deserve to have the best and that is me.
I no longer suffer from the pains of rejection for now I know it is only a reflection of their lack of good taste and saves me the time of going through the dance only to find it a waste of mine and their time.
I like a person of intelligence and strength of character that can carry on a good conversation as well as be comfortable with silence.
I found to trust my own sense of attraction if one is there follow it if I not do not attempt to put there what isn't.
I have found a comfort in myself, a strength that says if I can't be with the best why fool with the rest.
Practice time is over and time for the first string to take the field and know that the game of life deserves to be played at the highest levels possible if we can't do that then sit on the side lines and watch.
