Just arrived home from my daughter's house as I told you I was going last
week. My first major expedition out ot the house since arriving home from
the hospital on the 30th. I was extrmely tired and exhausted after my
arrival for the trip was about two and a half hours due to traffic on the 91.

The trip is normally an hour and fifteen minutes to an hour and a half as
it was coming home late last night.

I have a confession to make I chose the title for todays piece after
looking at my index of essays where I saw I have no v's, z's or y's.

Eventually I am releasing a "Life with Isaac A to Z" ebook. With around
two hundred essays or so in it. This will be basially my archives from the
"the Spiritual Journey "Veritigo" .

Now all of that is out of the way back to Vertigo.

This is a condition I am priviledged to experience fairly often as both of
the carotids in my neck are 100% blocked. They have been cleaned out in
the past then grew blocked aagain in lest than a year.

The medicos refuse to attempt to clear them again as they are afraid of a
piece of plaque breaking loose causing a blocage or bleed in my head. I
was going to say brain but hey if there was one of those present I probably
wouldn't be in my present condition.

Yes, I I get up too fast or attempt a turn to fast I often get veritgo at
times resulting in a faint or passing out due to six steints place in the
valves of my heart.

They do not open and close as quickly as they once did there by causing an
irregular blood flow.
There is however a Spiritual Vertigo many of us experiene also.

This happens many times when we are experiencing an extemely intense state
of Spiritual contact especially those times we are overcome with the
Spirit as in a revival experience or possibly when Spirit is making contact.
Vertigo may be handled by slowing down in all of our actions as well as
Spiritual Activities.
Vertigo is not harmful or dangerous unless one is driving, operating
machinery or falls so I recommend that first of all every morning we ask of our
angels to be with us, guide us and just generally protect us as we go about
our day.

If w do experiene vertigo then we immediately request our angels help just
saying angels help.

They are always with us as close to us as our breath.
