When it occurs to me that instead of a few laughs I usually have a good
old fashioned cry.
But then it doesn't matter if it is Scrubs or whatever as I if the Lakers
lose or if they win. I cry at funerals and at weddings. I cry a
commercials or just with a good book.

It isn't necessarily tears of sadness but could very well be tears of Joy.
Tears are tears and they are healing and I realize that at this stage of
my life there is much healing to be accomplished.

I will not however pray for a perfect healing as I used to do and watched
all of the people I prayed for die until one day a mentor of mine explained
that a perfect healing was what my prayers had brought for to have
perfection in ones life is to be reunited with our Higher Power.

Today I pray not for a perfect healing but a healing of understanding and
forgiveness from my self. Only I can give that gift to my self. Within
my life I am co creator with my Higher Power. It can only accomplish for me
that which I believe is possible.

As in all things it begins and ends with me. As I strive to get people to
understand it is never the other person it is always us. Remember even
thought it is always us it is always them also for we all have things to work
on that is why we are here.

Understanding is another thing I am seeking most of all understanding of
myself for by understanding me I can understand you.

The challenge is most of us are seeking that silver magical bullet that
will come in and do all of the work for us.

I am in the process of eliminating several negative people from my life.
The main one is that negative side of me that here lately has popped up. I
am in the mist of giving myself an attitude adjustment before the Universe
does it for me.

I enjoy being a Teacher. What I do not enjoy is seeing intelligent people
do stupid things and when it is brought out to them they say I know.

Well if you know why in the world do you do it any way. Does it feel good
to see your world crash down around you?

It breaks my heart to sometimes have to be so cruel when I terminate with
a client when I feel them becoming co dependent but they have to learn to
live their own life. I have all I can do with my own and all I am is a
guide through the forest I AM NOT the machete to cut down the undergrowth and
make it easier.

I am a light bearer to show the way and if they decide not to follow then
my the Universe bless them and may they prosper and live well.
