The way I teach is that since there are over 6 billion people in this world
now there are over six million ways to meditate.

What I am attempting to say is there is only one way to meditate and that is
your way. However one can get comfortable and relaxed is the right way for
them. There maybe some guide lines but that is all they are guides. If they
work for you fine, if not find your own way.

Do you really think Spirit cares how we communicate? All Spirit wants is
the opportunity to spend time with us, however we choose to do it.

I walked this morning around my community and as I walked I felt Spirit's
presence as I often do and enjoyed about 45 minutes of listening to Spirit.

My walk was very strenuous as it was the first time I have attempted it
after my stint procedure two weeks ago. There were no chest pains only a little
pain in legs as if they were saying "What do you think you are doing, we aren
't ready for this." I have found that they are never ready for it so I
just do it.

The first apart of the walk for about six blocks is level and easy then the
next six or seven blocks are uphill on about a 30% grade and that is anything
but easy at this point, but I did it. Then the last six blocks or so are
downhill on a fairly easy grade.

In the distant I can see the cranes of the port of LA and out past angel
gate to Catalina some days when the Marine layer allows me.

I love Los Angeles for WHAT EVER one wants they can find it here. I is
truly the City of Angels. As I said I love it here and have been here about
eighteen years now. The longest I have spent anywhere since leaving home at
eighteen to join the service.

I have had the privilege to live in two foreign countries and to visit eight
more for several weeks at a time. Believe me when I say that as wonderful
as they all were none of them compare to Los Angeles in my opinion.

I am a red, white and blue American and proud of my country for I am from
the generation of My Country right or wrong My Country.

It those that bitch and complain about it I say make your own house right
and it will astound you how far that will go in making the country right. As
the Master Teacher Jesus said he that is without sin or blemish cast the first
stone and as someone else said, those that live in glass houses should not
throne stones.
What I do know is that I Love you and Believe in YOU
