Then I got to thinking some more and realize that actually I am living my
life in my mind for anything is only as real as we think it is. Oh, I'll get
up in a bit and go take my shower and get dress and go our into the world to
my day job and earn the money to pay the bills but all of the time I will
actually be living in my head.

Happiness is my main job in life making myself happy and then if possible
making someone else happy. It is amazing what a smile will do to give someone
a good feeling. Just to receive one sends a feeling of happiness through me.
If it will do that to me then I am sure it will do it to others.

The bliss of a hug is almost more than I can express. To feel another's
body in my arms is a feeling also amazing. What we do not realize is that a hug
is an intimate exchange of energy. Sometimes there are energy vampires that
use a hug to take energy and not give it.

In cases like this we allow it to happen while sending them even more energy
and wishing them wellness and best wishes. We are aware enough to know when
it happens to us so that when it does happen we can open up to the Universe
and allow more energy to flow into us for it takes only a moment when we open
up and allow it to happen.

If the Universe has to recharge us naturally it would take a short nap or a
period of relaxing to allow it to happen. When we open up consciously and
allow the Universe to recharge us it is almost instant.

That is the power of staying in the moment which I truly have to work at for
I truly love the escape of daydreams and drifting away to that beautiful
world I have created for myself where even at my age I am a wonderful lover and
every one I ever wanted is there waiting for me in what ever way I want.

I have found that living my live in my head is only a substitute for living
in this thing we call reality. It really isn't that good except there are no
hurts and the ones we love always love us and never leave.

The truth is that the ones we love never really leave us for some we carry
always with us in our hearts with the love they shared with us while we were
together. It doesn't matter the type of parting we had they are always with
us.

If we have ever shared anything with anyone it is still a part of us. That
is what memories are the love we carry with us. Sometimes the pain and
sorrow we think we are carrying is actually memories of our greatest moments of
life.
It doesn't matter for our job is happiness and that means getting up out of
my chair going out to smile at someone and find a special someone to share a
hug with. It may be YOU for I Believe in YOU now and always and so it is.
