Most of us were programmed from childhood that life was hard and we would
never have what others had for they were better than us. The only equality was
in Spiritual matters and it was up to the church to teach us these things.

We weren't to get 'above ourselves'. So many false beliefs we were fed as
children and young people. We had no idea they were false for they were from
those that we thought wanted only the best for us.

Some of us knew instinctively that things were not as they seemed and began
searching, knowing there was more to life. Not knowing we couldn't we went
out and did things, all kinds of things.

We didn't intellectually know we could do these things we just did them.
One thing we did discover that no matter what we always survived.

We listened to others and allowed their low self esteem to become ours. We
began to not only dislike ourselves we actually began to actively hate
ourselves and things became worse.

Finally a message of hope began to filter through to us in our later years.
We began to hear message that all of those years were not years of failure
but years of experiences. We heard that these were experiences that I as a
part or piece of the Universe had to experience. By my doing it no one else had
to unless they didn't know that they didn't have to.

We do not have to experience hard, difficult times for others have already
done it. All we have to do is to begin to love our selves knowing that we can
not fail, ever, in anything we do if we change our thinking to that of
success.

Edison succeeded over a thousand times in showing how not to make an
electric bulb until one day he showed us how to do it.

Start today to look in your mirror after every so called failure and say to
your self I love you any way. Begin to love you for if you don't no one else
can.

Begin today to see yourself as a success and if you do not like the success
you see then start now to change the script you are living.
The helping hand you are looking for is at the end of your wrist. We can
rebuild our life by doing it one thought, one word, one action at a time. All
of them positive. It may be two steps forward and one back at first but that
is ok for you are moving forward.

Do not look back for that is the way of disappointment, ahead is a
thrilling, wonderful life to be lived. To be lived if we do it right now and think of
each and every moment as wonderful right now and know it can only get better
by loving and accepting ourselves as we are right here right now.
