Sitting in my office a few moments ago I was struck with thought of how blessed and fortunate I am at this time in my life. 18 months ago at 63 years of age I was blessed to go through the experience of apparently losing the love of my Life, my store, my career, my confidence, basically my Life. I was however sill breathing, although I can not begin to count the number of nights I sat staring at the bottle upon bottle upon bottle of medications I have in house at all times. What saved me was what a young lady wrote on the back of a picture I bought from her Her name is Christine I think, very wise for her age. It said "It isn't over until it ends, if it isn't the end it isn't over".
That kept me breathing for as long as I was breathing it was over and it wasn't the end and it still isn't. I also realized she may have been the Love of my life that doesn't mean I was the love of her life.
I can now begin to move on, healed? Not yet, but close. I never give up hope for things change. As I change, she shall also and who knows maybe some day some way I will be the love of her life and if not perhaps I will be the love of someone's life that can be the love of my life also.
Also as I sit here and close my eyes not only do I see my Love. I SEE her sitting in the front seat of a huge auditorium and I am the speaker. My audience is thousands plus millions via, Radio, Television and the internet. I SEE the look of love in her eyes and how proud she is of me. My heart glows for I am loved. If only in my imagination for that is where all things begin. As James Allen tells us in his great little book that you can get right here from White Dove books and it is called "As A Man Thinketh".
I can now sit here and give thanks for what happened and that is a huge step in my growth for I like you grow every single day for if we aren't growing we are dying. That is why I strive to learn something new every day I attempted to read at least a hundred pages of something each and every day.
Blessings in the light and Love of the PEACE WE shall today and always. Rev. Isaac Of Wisaac3rd.com
