Sometimes there is some one we need to forgive and we are still too raw, hurt and angry to do it. In this case it is very important to forgive so even though we feel we just can't forgive this person what we do is this.
We say ok Universe, God whatever is our higher power. I honestly do not have the power in me to forgive this person at this time So I am placing them in your hands and asking you to forgive them for me. I thank for your kindness and compassion and patience with me. I will in time do it thank you for doing it for me at this time. I release it into your hands for now and so it is.
