When I was first invited to write articles for www.whitedovebooks.co.uk I committed myself to writing at least three times a week with my articles consisting of between 500 and 1500 words. At the time I wondered where the inspiration would come from. Although I felt I had a good grasp on the subject of self confidence and personal development, having studied and read for many years, I still wondered how much knowledge I could impart before I had covered everything.
I made that commitment trusting that come the time of writing I would have the self confidence in my ability to be creative. To date creativeness has not let me down. Sometimes I don't know exactly what I am going to write about yet I believe that come the moment the words will begin to flow. And so many times now I find that once I get started I have to limit all that then comes to mind. Somewhere from the recesses of my subconscious mind the words, ideas and creativity come flowing out.
This happens because I don't worry about where the ideas will come from. Not clouding the mind with problems allows the ideas to come flowing easily. It is quite surprising how problems and worries hamper the creative juices. At times it literally seems like there is a cloud or fog obscuring the view; a view of the answer to all my problems, and because of this lack of vision frustration sets in.
Frustration is a very negative emotion and this just makes the situation worse.
It can be extremely hard to let go of problems. When despair sets in all you want is an answer; an answer to solve your problems and relieve your mind of the despair and get you back to the point of relief and happiness. This is where it is so important to learn to let go. Think about the relief and happiness first. Concentrate on that relief and happiness and think of as many occasions as possible when you have experienced such emotions. If you practice this a few times you will soon see that the emotions you want to obtain soon come easily to you and suddenly your vision is a lot clearer and answers to your problems start to come flooding out.
To see your dream, feel it, visualise it as reality is half the battle. Once this becomes your normal pattern of thought the positive emotions themselves makes you feel good. Consequently that feel good factor creates the pathway for creativity to flourish.
Being relaxed is a perfect feel good emotion that helps you get in touch with solutions rather than problems. When under pressure, the ability to remain calm and relaxed is by far the best mood to get you through the challenges you face. People who thrive under pressure have that enviable ability to focus on solutions without getting flustered.
Positive thoughts and emotions are the best mindsets to achieve success. It hardly seems right that you can achieve success and enjoy it at the same time, but this is the way nature intends for us all to receive abundance.
There, I've managed to draft another article with the ideas coming forth just when I needed it.
