As a senior citizen I have empathy for patients who have the challenge of raising children today. I hope you are taking this challenge as seriously as I would if I still had children to raise.
Besides the doctors wanting to inject your children with harmful vaccines and have them take dangerous prescription drugs the fast food industry has also convinced them that their food is what they should be eating for their daily meals.
The medical community believes every child from birth on into their teen years should be vaccinated with a long list of vaccines. Now the news is reporting all school children will be required to take the new swine flu vaccine when school starts again this fall season.
Whether you realize it or not these are situations you need to take charge of now before your children grow up with some serious illnesses or diseases.
Let's talk about the vaccine issue first. There is one very reputable female doctor who is strictly opposed to vaccinating children and even adults too. Dr. Sherrie Tenpenny has been fighting this issue for a long time. She is a doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and is a licensed medical doctor. In addition to comprehensive medical school training, including obstetrics and surgery, she added extra training in the musculoskeletal system and can perform osteopathic manipulation.
Here's some of her many positions on all vaccines:
* Vaccines are not responsible for eradication of diseases, even polio and smallpox
* Vaccines have not been proven safe
* When a vaccine is called "effective", it is not the same as being "protective."
*Vaccines are not "relatively harmless". Tens of thousands have been injured and have died, as a result of vaccination
Here's a strong recommendation she makes for protection:
* Stock up on Vitamin D3 (3000 IU per person, Vitamin A, Vitamin C and homeopathics for the flu.
Now the fast food issue is just as bad if not worse than the vaccine issue. Not only does this industry help to create obesity but is also helps create many other serious health issues as well. So let's talk about your responsibility as patients. Do you cook healthy meals for your family regularly? Or do you make it a practice of either eating out at these fast food restaurants or picking up some processed food products at the grocery to bring home and microwave?
Oh! You say you are too busy to cook healthy meals regularly? Well if that's true, it's a poor excuse. Is it more important for your convenience or is the health of your family more important? Let me tell you this, when my wife and I were raising a family many years ago, she cooked healthy meals regularly. Even though she was a working mom and wife she found a way to do that.
Long before microwaves were known, she either scheduled meals to be timed cooked in a crockpot or the oven. Sometimes she may even wait until she got home to cook our meals.
If parents don't start taking serious steps to protect their children from ingesting fast food, their children are going to be very susceptible to some major diseases in a very short time.
Now I know that once a child gets into their teen years and is driving a car, it's hard to know where they are going to eat when they are out with their friends. So the only way you combat that is with educating them about the hazards of fast food.
I'm sure even parents don't know the hazards of eating fast food. Here are a few things that might get your attention:
Fast food has high amount of calories, saturated fat, sugar, sodium, carbohydrates and proteins.
Trans fat (The worst of all fats) is present in these foods:
* KFC chicken potpie has 13 grams

I guarantee you if you will get real concerned about researching health issues, you will find even more shocking evidence of what people and industry in this world are doing to your kid's health.
To your good health,
