Well, the swine flu pandemic issue has raised its ridiculous head once again. Now it can play on people's fears all the way to the fall season. Hurry up folks, get your supply of vitamin D and start taking it.before the swine flu gets you. By the time the fall season gets here and after a vaccine has been developed, the scare will reach such a high level that people will panic and race to get their flu shot before they think they may die from the disease. You know what is so shameful? It's the tactics that Big Pharma, the medical profession and even our government stirs up to scare the wits out of people about how bad the flu pandemic is going to be. When in the world are people going to finally wake up and realize they must start taking better care of their personal health? If they would do this they would be more likely to defeat most any illness or disease. People need to start learning what it takes to become healthier and pump up their immune system to the highest level they can so it functions the way it was intended to function. A program of daily nutritional supplements including vitamin D, is a terrific way to enhance your immune system so it fights off illnesses and diseases. Vitamin D, in particular, is considered by many medical authorities as the vitamin to create a massive defense system to repel the flu bug, no matter what strain it is. Since vitamin D is the same source of vitamin you receive by being exposed to the sun, it's a shame that dermatologists and sunscreen manufacturers have done such a thorough job of scaring you out of the sun. It's truly your best source of Vitamin D. Because of this scare it seems to be the major reason there has been such a tremendous rise in vitamin D deficiency and even caused the increases in Autism too. This has probably been a prime reason why many people have stayed indoors more often during sunny days since hearing of these comments of harmful sunning. Now there aren't enough people hearing about the reverse of this comment yet. Of course the other thing that contributes to vitamin D deficiency is in climates where the sun doesn't shine often enough even in the spring and summer seasons for people to benefit from it. All of this information should be fully absorbed because now you should know the enormous importance of making sure you take vitamin D regularly. And another thing to remember – you are not as likely to hear this advise from your doctor or the news media and for sure, not Big Pharma either. So let me be even more blunt now and say, "take charge" of your personal health and quit listening to anyone who keeps preaching all kinds of "health scares" to you.
