Inspiration - Personal Development at its Best!

When you were young and active your body made plenty of CoEnzyme Q10 that helped you create energy. But as you age, your body produces less CoEnzyme, so now you must add this supplement to your body. It not only supports a healthy heart, but also the liver, the kidneys and every cell in your body.

CoEnzyme Q10 has powerful antioxidant effects and destroys free radicals in your body too. It has particular importance for athletes and bodybuilders.

An enzyme has two parts, a protein and another part that's either a mineral or a vitamin. When this other part is a vitamin, it's called a coenzyme.

CoEnzyme Q10 has a similar structure to Vitamin K. It acts as a catalyst in various chemical reactions that leads to the production of energy.

The heart and the liver contain the highest levels of CoQ10 in the body. So it's important that you maintain your heart's health by taking CoQ10 daily.

If you take any stain drugs like Lipitor, Lovacol or Mevacor to reduce cholesterol, they can inhibit the production of CoEnzyme Q10 and can be a threat to your health overall, particularly your heart.

CoQ10 has many health benefits. It is not only an antioxidant, but it can also help with a number of diseases such as: diabetes, gingvitis, congestive heart failure and more.

Here are some other benefits it provides:

* It can help with weight loss because it simulates the body's metabolism.

* It's an essential substance in cell respiration, electron transfer, and the control of oxidation reactions.

* It plays a key role in treatment of cardiovascular illness, including congestive heart failure.

* It has shown promising results in treating cancer and Parkinson's disease. A study of 80 patients with early Parkinson's disease took various doses of CoQ10 or placebo four times daily for up to 16 months.

The study found that all the participants in the group that took CoEnzyme Q10 did better than the placebo group.

The first coenzyme to be discovered was NAD, which was identified by Arthur Harden and William Youndin in 1906. They noticed by adding boiled and filtered yeast extract it greatly accerlerated alcoholic fermentation in unboiled yeast extracts. They called the unidentified factor responsible for this effect a conferment.

Through a long and difficult purification from yeast extracts, this heat-stable factor was identified as a nucleotide sugar phosphate by Hans Von Euler-Chelpin. Other coenzymes were identified throughout the early 20th century, with ATP being isolated in 1929 by Kail Lohman, and coenzyme A being discovered in 1945 by Fritz Albert Lipmann.

The functions of coenzymes were at first mysterious, but in 1936, Otto Heinrich Warburg identified the function of NAD in hydride transfer. The discovery was followed in the early 1940's by the work of Herman Kalckar, who established the link between the oxidation of sugars and the generation of ATP.

This confirmed the central role of ATP in energy transfer that has been proposed by Fritz Albert Lipman in 1941. Later in 1949, Morris Friedkin and Albert Lehninger proved that the coenzyme NAD linked metabolic pathways such as the citric acid cycle and the synthesis of ATP.

A clinical study of a leading supplier of CoEnzyme shows that taking a 30mg of softgel daily increases blood levels of CoQ10 better than 30mg in a powder formula. Suggested use is three softgels daily.

In my five years of research I have found so many ways natural substances have been beneficial to everyone's health, yet we are not educated to this fact.

The medical society, the pharmaceutical industry and even government is not likely to inform you that these various substances exist.

Consequently we become victims of Big Pharma and are supposed to believe the only way to correct a physical or mental illness is by resorting to chemical properties, namely prescription drugs.

I try to do my part, even though it is a small part, to educate all persons that the only way to solve illnesses is the natural way. Not only is it a safer way to solve illnesses but also a way that is more proven than any other treatments.

To your good health,
