If you think this statement is far-fetched I guarantee it is not. You may not solve your unhealthy condition completely in that time but there's a good chance you will improve it greatly. I don't know about you but if you are among the majority of people in the U.S. you are probably in an unhealthy state of health to some degree.
When I observe people while I'm sitting in a parking lot, in the grocery store, in restaurants or wherever I may be, I'm really concerned how people look and act. They are overweight, walking with a cane, using a walker or riding in a mobile wheel chair. Now not all these people are elderly folks. I have seen some that are only middle age or less with these conditions. To me this is a very frightening site to see.
I've got friends that are not quite that crippled but they still aren't healthy people either. They are on prescription drugs (some are on more than one or two of them) They visit their doctor regularly. Some have even had minor or even major operations too.
Whether you like to believe this or not. This nation's health is in terrible shape. In fact it's on a list of one of the sickest nation on earth.
What's happened?
Here's what I believe has happened. We have become such a fast-paced society that we have neglected two very important things in our life. Namely, our body and our mind. (Let's make sure we also, include the body and mind of our children also.)
The majority of our population is highly abusing their body and their mind. Here's what I mean.
The average diet of most people is atrocious. Fast food, sweets, processed food, soft drinks are just some of things that seem to be a regular diet for the family today. This may sound shocking to you and I hope it does because in reality you are poisoning your whole body everyday with this kind of diet.
Do you think that's a foolish statement? Then why is obesity becoming more prevalent today than ever, especially with kids? The cancer rate is increasing too. And what about heart attacks and strokes. Do you know some one close to you that has had it happen to them? This is just a small sampling of illnesses in America.
Here are the culprits: Poor diet, no exercising or very little of it, not taking some recommended nutritional supplements and having very high stress conditions. Add a few other things like prescription drugs, unnecessary operations and hospital visits and you have a population that is so sick it's unbelievable.
So you may say what's the answer? If you are truly interested in knowing the right answer here it is: Stop! Back up! Put all these culprits I just mentioned in reverse gear. Start taking charge of your entire health condition immediately before you mess it up more.
Change the way you eat. Exercise more. Add some recommended nutritional supplements to your regular diet program. Above all manage your stress better. Try it. It works. It's been proven. What are you waiting for? Do it today! In 90 days or less you could be an entirely new and vibrant person.

90 days? Heck, you could start feeling better in a couple of weeks. Get plenty of fruits and veggies, and walk 30 minutes a day. If you need motivation to get walking - get a dog. Or grab a friend. You can walk the mall when it's bad outside.
This time next year, you won't recognize yourself!
