It does this by working with our different ways of processing information, through the Visual, Auditory, Kinaesthetic and Spiritual centres. It allows for a more complete, holistic system of personal development using affirmations, and it supercharges their effect.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;You can apply it for a general affirmation such as "every day I feel stronger and stronger" or a more specific goal such as "I am making $5000 dollars a month".&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Here are the steps to follow:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Get clear&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Meditate, breathe deeply, or ground yourself some other way for 1 minute and drink a glass of water. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2. State your chosen affirmation out loud&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;For example, "I am attracting more and more money into my life." &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;3. Repeat the affirmation for 30 seconds while performing Lazy 8's&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;(Part 1) First, hold your right thumb in the air and curl your fingers into your palm. Move your thumb in the air as if you are drawing the number 8 turned on its side (a lazy 8). Start with your thumb in the middle of the '8' and move up to the left and then down and around to the right. Go slow enough that your eyes can follow your hand.&lt;br /&gt;As you make the movement repeat the affirmation and visualize what it looks like. Maybe, in this case, your inner sees a rain of $100 notes falling all around you. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;4. Repeat the affirmation for 30 seconds with acupressure on the ears&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;There are about 400 acupressure points on your ears corresponding to virtually every major organ in your body. Close your eyes. Take your index fingers and thumbs and gently pinch the top of rim of your ears. Massage the rim working down to the earlobes and finishing there. Repeat. While you are doing this keep repeating your affirmation aloud. Really listen to the weight of the words.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;5. Repeat the affirmation for 30 seconds while cross crawling&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Standing, bring both hands above your head and lower one hand as you bend the opposite knee to 90 degrees. Touch the knee with the hand. Straighten the leg and return the hand overhead. Repeat with the other hand and knee. This switches on the right and left hemispheres of the brain. Look downwards towards your legs as you do this. This connects your mind more to your kinaesthetic realm of bodily feelings. While you cross crawl, say your affirmation aloud and feel how good it feels to have this quality in your life. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;6. Spiritual Integration &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Place your hand on your heart and say your goal aloud for thirty seconds. Keep your eyes closed and feel vibrations in your chest area as you do this. Instead of saying "You make me mad" you could say "What you are doing makes me mad". These two sentences are very different.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You may wonder how this helps with changing the filters that block our true nature from coming through. Negative emotions are our main filters. Emotions such as fear, hate, jealousy, anger etc... These negative emotions are best replaced with positive emotions such as gratitude, love, patience, kindness etc...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;By paying attention to what we say we can substitute the positive for the negative. For example, playing a tone with a frequency of 100Hz in one ear and playing a tone with a frequency of 114Hz in the other ear will force the brain to determine the phase difference between the two wavelengths of each tone. We naturally do this to determine directional information.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The signals integrate and become a third frequency or what we call a '&lt;a href="http://www.whitedovebooks.co.uk/audio/binaural/binaural-mp3.htm"&gt;binaural beat&lt;/a&gt;'. The resultant beat of 14Hz is produced within your brain. The tone will sound like a wave or beat depending on the frequency. He used embedded commandments to help people with headaches and chronic pain. Since then hypnotist have used embedded commandments for several different therapeutic purposes that include helping people quit smoking and to lose weight.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It didn't take long for some hypnotist to come up with the idea to use embedded commandments outside of clinical settings to see if they could seduce women and get raises at work. In a real life scenario, embedded commandments simply will not help you.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The reason why they don't work is because there is no clinical setting for the embedded commandments to survive in. It's sort of like what happens when you take a shark outside of an ocean--it dies because it cannot live outside of its environment. In order for embedded commandments to be successful, there must be a appropriate context for them to be able to take root in the person's mind. And a HUGE factor of this clinical setting is a clients voluntary action to sit before the hypnotist whilst the hypnotist continues to repeat the embedded commandments in different ways.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Embedded commandments require a lot of repetition and time to work, and sometimes the person doesn't act on them immediately. These facts alone make embedded commandments poor persuasion instruments within the covert hypnosis arsenal because a persuasion artist often does not have the time or opportunity to repeat them several times and to hang around until they take root. Then suddenly we are drawn again to the aroma and picture of food. We can also feel strange pangs of hunger when we are not actually craving for food - just after having eaten something. Some of us have a craving all the time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Perpetual emotional vacuum is not the best of feelings. Then how do we live our lives to the maximum? How can we be more fulfilled forever?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Maybe the answer is simple: just live our lives as a whole. The word 'whole' holds the meaning of completion. Then the secret to live a complete life is simply to live it as a whole.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Let's start to look at one example of this 'wholeness' with something awfully close to our heart-our stomach.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Whole Food VS Half Food&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We are familiar with the word 'whole food.' It is said that consuming whole food is the secret to the health and fitness we need. What has whole food got more than 'part food?'&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A whole grain for example has a life. So, if you soak the whole grain in water, drain the next day and leave for a few days, it sprouts. It has a life of its own. When we eat such food, our body absorbs the full live nutrients. It has all the properties to cleanse, heal and nurture different body cells.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And just like the example of a grain, most traditional eating includes eating whole animals as well. Eating whole fresh fish used to be more common than taking a part of fish and throwing the rest away. It was the same for meat and the same for vegetables.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;'Part food' sometimes tastes better and smells better but does not have much nutrition. We may enjoy its taste, but we could have some lasting illness if we only ate 'part food' all days of our life.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, to compensate the absent half, we started to have dietary supplements. We have been analysing and learning for quite some time to reach the correct balance. It becomes more and more problematical as we chop up the food, process it and ship it, and even try to make up the deficiency with other parts that have its origin in other countries, seasons or sources. Some of these supplements do not even come from natural food sources. They are artificially made. After testing and analysing, it is endorsed to be edible. But no matter how much we strive; we cannot bring all the 'bits' together to make it alive and pulsating.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Half Life-'Sweetness' of Life&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, if we view our life now, a lot of what we are doing is akin to eating 'semi food.' Just relishing the sweet taste of life but discarding the actual nourishing part. And if we immerse this 'semi life' in water with other bits and kept it under the sun, could it sprout and develop into a lovely full life?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Whole food is not (as some people perceive it) poor in taste. It is actually tastier when we prepare it properly. But while the demand is low, it is more expensive. It is actually more economical in the long run though, as we have less medical expenses later on. When more people start eating it, it will naturally become cheaper because it is a simpler food with less processing and waste.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Our life is the same. When we only appreciate the 'sweetness', and throw away the rest in rubbish bins because we don't see its value, we may be wasting the most important part. And the part we throw away could have the greatest power for the sustainability of our life and our economy. It also takes more energy and resources to discard it. Better yet, the part we throw away is free.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, what is it we are not seeing?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Think of a life where we didn't actually sense we were missing anything there.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The secret is right here. The secret of a full life.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Entire Life-The Complete Life&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When it's 'whole', it doesn't matter how big the whole is. It can expand simultaneously. It can still contain all the elements to sustain itself as a whole living being. Once it grows to a certain size, it can still live without some of the parts. Like plants can live after being eaten a little by birds or trees still thrive even after losing their leaves. But if we neglect the balance for a very long time, eventually it can start creating a fatal imbalance. Then it could become too complicated to get back into balance.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We do not have to return to prehistoric times to find fullness. Fullness exists in the present. All that is required to do is view intently; view intently enough to actually find.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When we can see our life as an entirety and resist jettisoning what feeds our life the most, we start feeling more and more satisfied without searching for 'material' to fill the depressions and vacuums of our life. Everything finally finds its level. We now recognize the entire apparatus of the world in a very altered way.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yes, it is now time to learn how we can form (and find) this equilibrium constantly and manageably.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The real nourishing part of our life is what makes us feel good deep down. It is like the part of food that makes our body become healthy in the long-term. Feelings we experience in our everyday life are the real key to our long-term happiness. And there are feelings that make us feel more complete.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The happy faces we see when we give recognition to others. The pleasure we experience when we give presents to others. The affection we feel when we see our kids being happy. The encouragements we get when we feel our life is full of significance ..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Let us absorb these moments of our life wholeheartedly and savour the aroma of our full life. Then we will find how it is not obligatory to incessantly fill our heart (and belly!) with earthly satisfactions - those types of things that only add to our yearnings afterwards.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We can actually experience this delight, thankfulness and affection in order to sense life as a whole at any minute irrespective of the circumstances. It is not about what we perceive, what we are told or how we act that conclude our life as a whole.
