There are numerous people, who do not think about our dreams as an element of our own growth. They can inform us what we need, yearn for or what we must modify in our lives to become "whole" people.

We can gather a good deal from our dreams, use them in of our own development and get answers to quite a few the concerns that on occasion comes up in life.

- Note down the dream at once " all you recollect as meticulous as feasible. As well as feelings and moods.

- Write a little on what happened the day before, and what concerns you at the moment.

- Look at the "set" - which feelings does it reflect. See if there is a situation in your every day life now that have a comparable feeling.

- Are there dispositions, emotions and passion you recognize from your life at present? Sensations connected with the "plot" may give you a clue of what situation relates to the dream.

- Look at people in the dream. Start by finding 3-5 descriptive adjectives " what they are like - properties - by individuals. Note them down.

- Associate on animals, things and locations in the dream - use your own "feelings" prior to using symbol explanations. Note them down one at a time.

- All parts of the dream are sides of yourself. It is you - not them, dream interpretation is about. Try out the personal qualities to find the rest day - the situation is the dream originated. There were multiple pages of your activity the day before, than you were fully aware of?

- Pay attention to the sensations and reactions you feel when you tell about the dream. Listen also to the body. Listen more to your feelings, your heart than to your reason and your head.

- Dont be uneasy or ashamed of your dreams. The unconscious speaks in capital letters. Death and devastation may be the start of something new, and sexuality proves that you integrate facets of yourself.

- Remember to think positively " consider the good symbols for you as a side of yourself. Feel that you can improve them yourself with power from your own unconscious mind. Bear in mind that the dream may show you something you had not considered before - a a lending hand from you to you. It helps you to make you more complete - not to debase or bug you.

- Pay attention to friends ideas and associations. Remember though, that you might be inspired, but only you can assess what your dream is about.

Keep on dreaming
