Creating a powerful flow of healing energy through your body is a simple method to use on a daily basis that will improve your health and increase your vitality. Breathing deeper puts more oxygen into your bloodstream and energizes your body's energy centers, which starts healing. Here's what to do: Inhale slowly, expanding your abdomen first and then your chest. Hold your breath for a couple of seconds and then very slowly exhale until your lungs are empty. Repeat this process as often as you can during your day, but take a break for a few seconds between deep breaths so you don't get dizzy.
