Getting the Law of Attraction to notice you and to send you what you want is easy if you keep in mind how the Law of Attraction works. When what you send out to the Universe is all wrapped up with your fears, negativity and emotions, you will get more of the same returned right back to you. The Universe always sends you MORE of what you are projecting. Sound familiar?

The actual method you have been using to attract what you don't want is the same method you will use to get what you do want.

That would be visualization. This technique is very powerful and, if you think about it, is the exact technique you have been using to attract a career you didn't want. All those thoughts and emotions you dwelled on every workday morning, dreading going to your office, were very powerful visualizations that kept you stuck in a dead end job.

Let's change your focus and start attracting what you DO want. Practicing this will turn your dreams for a more fulfilling job into a reality.

Let the Universe know what you want.

While you might know specifically what you want, it is a good idea to tell the Universe exactly what that is. Details are important here. If you do not craft a very clear and specific description of what you want, your returned abundance will be less than you wanted.

Your visualizations, or requests from the Universe, need to be sent out in a specific manner to be effective. Instead of projecting a wish list for the future, use the present tense, like it is already a fact in your life and keep that picture in your mind, 24/7.

It is helpful if you can run a movie in your dreams that shows you already doing the job you want. Make it real. See yourself at your desk or workplace, get a cup of coffee, answer the phone, chat with coworkers, make appointments. When you can accomplish this dream technique, your new career will be real to you and to the Universe.

Think about it like this, using your own job choice:

"I now have an exciting and fulfilling career as a writer of children's books. Ideas for new books fill my mind and create opportunities for future projects. I earn $50,000 per year and work happily at home at my own pace. Publishers seek me out daily."

Be very specific about the details, what you will be doing, when and where, how much you will earn...anything at all that matters to you.

Believe you already have it.

Recite your visualization statement as often as you can. There are lots of spare moments you can use to make your dreams come true: in the shower, driving, grocery shopping (repeat it instead of reading the scandal magazines while you are waiting in the checkout line). Do not feel doubtful or negative about it in any way.

Say it with absolute confidence and conviction in your mind's voice. At all times, avoid frustration with your current job. The Universe works on its own schedule and fretting over the length of time it takes to work for you only makes sure you experience more delays. Just Believe!

Be patient and wait for your abundance.

If you follow the methods discussed above, amazing opportunities will drop into your life when the Universe is finished gathering the best possible choices and opportunities to fill your request.

Trying to rush this process will only get you frustrated once again and concentrating on your lack of fulfillment, which leads to dreading going to work again and restarts the circular agony blocking your good stuff from the Universe. Be strong and, if those negative thoughts pop up, quietly change them.

Gently repeating your positive affirmations will kick any roadblocks to the curb without you getting involved at all. Be patient and just believe!

While this visualization process might seem too easy to actually be an effective tool in your arsenal, just let it happen and do not try to force outcomes to suit your desires. At the same time, if you see an opportunity that wasn't there yesterday, grab it. It might be the Universe sending you a gift to match your dreams.
