Low frequency vibrations will attract negativity and fill your life with frustration, lack and sadness. When you raise your vibrational level and vibrate at a high frequency, an abundance of love, joy and goodness will enter your life and replace the negativity.Easy to say, but how can I raise my frequency?
Here's five ways to raise your frequency until you are vibrating positively:
#1 Laugh!
It is impossible to vibrate at a low frequency when you are happy and can find something to laugh about every day. One of your most powerful tools against negativity is laughter and making sure that you have a good laugh at least once a day will attract the Universe and its abundance.
What makes you laugh...TV sitcoms, good jokes, comedies? Stock up on some "laughter supplies" that can get a laugh out of you and watch or read them whenever you need them.
#2 Lift your spirits!
When you are in a place of beauty and inspiration, like in a forest or a church, take a few moments to notice the beauty and spiritual reflections all around you. Your frequency will rise and start vibrating at a new level all by itself.
You can do the same thing by thinking about some past uplifting memories from your past. The secret here is that it doesn't matter if your inspirational memory is real or not. Make some up if no real ones come to mind. If your "made up" memory gets you to feel happy and uplifted, it has done its job.
#3 Pump yourself up!
When you get excited about something and your mind is really turned on by the idea, you are pumping up your vibrational level and that will block negativity.
Visualizing a "mind movie" that gets you excited and makes you feel like a winner, will surely pump you up and out of the doldrums. Again, the specifics or the reality of the "movie" doesn't matter. Just get yourself fired up.
Your body needs some pumping up, too, and this can be done with dance or any physical activity. The positive emotions resulting from physical activity will achieve the same results.
#4 Play like a child!
Get lost in the pure fun and the total abandonment that children exhibit when they are playing games. Let your hair down and be free and silly even if no one else is around. Gather your friends or loved ones around you and enjoy some activities together or just hang out together and make cookies.
#5 Take a nap!
When you're tired and cranky your spirits and vibrations will sink to such a low frequency that all your defenses will be powerless to protect you and you will not attract positive benefits from the Universe.
Recognize that you need rest and the time to replenish your depleted spirits. Resting and relaxing on a regular basis will "fuel your fires" and send out positive vibrations on a high enough frequency to get a positive return.
