Inspiration - Personal Development at its Best!
Tuesday, 21 October 2008

When it comes to serendipitous events that seem to just line up to serve our hopes and wishes, we tend to dismiss them as "coincidence." But, let's play the 'what if' game here. What if we were to imagine a dimension or dimensions outside of our usual four dimensional perspective? What if in these dimensions you could actually see all of your thoughts take shape and form? What if you could actually touch and hold these "thought forms" and mold them anyway you choose? Then what if you could in your hands pull these thought forms from these strange dimensions down into the world around you, drop the thought form to the ground and instantly it grows into your deepest desire right before your eyes? Now, imagination if you will as you perform your dimensional magic trick that you have an assistant that is there to serve as necessary. This assistant is always available and ready at a moments notice. All you have to do is snap your fingers and it is by your side ready to serve your every need. Wouldn't it be awesome to actually be able to do this? Well guess what. We already do this everyday and usually by default.

The thoughts we have everyday, the observances we make, are all real tangible things. We just can't see them because of the fact that they happen on a finer plane or dimension. Since scientists are now finding that there may actually be ten dimensions instead of the previous four, we are starting to get the first "glimpse" of the fact that reality is so much more than just the length, breadth, width and time dimension than we can presently see. When we have a thought, when we feel, we are creating some "thing" that has just not taken the shape that we can see with the naked eye. But just because we can't see it doesn't mean it does not exist. Take for example the electricity that lights our houses and the radio waves that bring music to our ears. We can't see them and don't even really understand how they work, but they are still there in our experience. Even these words you see on your screen are the product of our eyes interpreting light waves.

We've all heard that this world is only energy vibrating at such a dense level that it takes on physical, touchable form. That's how we can see our hands, touch our environment, taste our coffee. But, as our world is vibrating at this dense level, there are also other levels around us swirling with energy, little tiny particles excited and emitting light. This more subtle reality is working behind the scenes waiting for us to observe it into existence. We are surrounded by this innate intelligence that connects to the synaptic firing in our own brains. As we have been taught that reality is outside of us, we are going to have to "relearn" a way to bring this new reality into our paradigms and make the shift from out there to in here.

Synchronicities, our assistants as mentioned in the 'what if'game above, are merely a reflection of our inner landscape constantly changing and morphing without any conscious awareness. Since what we observe becomes our reality, it stands to reason that those serendipitous moments that make us think are really just the byproduct of neural firings of the synapses in our brains making the connection between what we have desired subconsciously and what we are capable of realizing consciously. Going back to the 'what if' game, here we can begin to understand, in quantifiable ways, how it is that we are consciously and continually creating our environment. So, the question becomes do we continue to apply these synchronicities by default or is there truly a way to use them as a tool to paint our landscapes any way we want? I believe the answer lies in the observations we make at any given moment. In order to prove to ourselves just how powerful we are as the masters of our own creations, we need to suspend our suspicions, our opinions as to what is real, and just be open to "What If."

Until Next Time,
