If you are noticing a lot of bruises on your arms and hands lately, and if you have trouble remembering how you got them, you will no doubt determine that you don't want to worry about this condition. To combat this, it is recommended that you use a good moisturizer that will help you take care of your skin's flexibility more effectively. This, combined with the better exercise that you will be getting from a consistent swimming regimen, is something that can really make your skin feel more elastic and more taut, allowing you increase your resistance to bruising easily.

If you are participating in any type swimming class, you will find that you are encouraged to increase your intake of drinking water. As with your moisturizer, being in the water for extended periods of time will serve as a reminder for you to drink more, and drinking it will allow you to give your best performance, whether you are doing water aerobics, speed laps, or even synchronized swimming. Despite your watery surroundings, you will find that you will generate a real thirst. Maintaining the proper water intake level will help you discover that your body's metabolic level is enhanced, which allows your body to alleviate the effects of bruising more effectively and quickly when they do appear.

All that being said, find the bathing suit that you love, grab that swim cap and jump in. Swimming is great fun, and you'll see that it can help your body defend itself against bruising easily as well.
