It's intent is to realign your physical body so it is in stronger integrity with your emotions, mind and spirituality. For me, it has done that. I feel self-empowered by the experience. No other therapy have I done has done so much for so little. The next best thing has been body-oriented psychotherapy, but that has taken a LONG time, but has been worth it.
