How To Use Prioritization Techniques To Stop ProcrastinationYou have to realize that, whatever you choose to do, it’s not an option, but a necessary priority for you. Always compare two things in your mind. Would you rather watch TV or make your dream come true? When you think in terms of priorities, things will start to fall into place in terms of setting time aside for the things that are important to you.
If your priority is to watch TV, you are not being honest with yourself. You don't need a big, white house, a nice-looking car, an opportunity to spend more time with your family, an opportunity to send your kids to a good college. You don’t need to look good, live longer and be happier. You like it the way it is - dull, gray, boring, filled with constant worries about tomorrow. Here’s a quote that helps me get motivated: “If you keep on doing what you’ve always done, you’ll keep on getting what you’ve always gotten”.
The next time you face the choice – to work on your goals, or to lay on the couch – ask yourself what do you really want NOW. If lying on the couch is more appealing to you, maybe you’ve set goals that you don’t really need.
But I can bet my house, my car and my dog that you are not one of these people who don’t want to be successful in life. Why am I so sure? Because you are reading this report right now. Because you DO want to make small and big changes in your life. Because you DO love yourself and others enough to care.
And that’s why I like you (and I’m not saying that to everyone :) ). With the guidance that I gave you in this report, a little support from your friends and family, and a little courage and desire, you will achieve many wonderful things.
To a person who knows how to stay on-track, success is no accident. Motivation and willpower give you the ability to direct yourself, to make each day a day of accomplishment and purpose. That day starts TODAY…. It starts NOW…Right THIS very MOMENT… So why are you still sitting here? :)
