What's the difference between Inspiration and Motivation? I think this little video clip makes the point very well indeed ...
In the modern workplace, we need more inspirational leaders and less of that management-speak ... motivational clap-trap we tend to get don't we?
As leaders, we need to find ways to inspire our colleagues; to get them switched-on to what we, and our organisations, are trying to achieve. And to do that, we must first really care about what we are doing - otherwise, we simply cannot communicate enthusiasm to those around us.
Nothing is as contagious as enthusiasm! |
