He is an inspiration for anyone striving to achieve great things. Lance won the Tour de France on seven consecutive occasions, between 1999 and 2005 - this after surviving cancer. His cancer treatments included both brain and testicular surgery, and chemotherapy, and he survived despite being given a 50% chance. In fact, his positive outlook is an inspiration for anyone fighting any kind of disease.
It's truly amazing what can be achieved when you refuse to give up - Lance provides a wonderful example of what can happen ..
