Did you know that looking after your health and fitness is one of the best things you can do to help you accomplish your goals? Yes - amazing as it may sound, if you do some aerobic exercise everyday, you will actually be helping yourself to achieve your most lofty goals. This is because you need energy - and energy basically comes from aerobic exercise!

When you engage in a regular program of the right kind, you will be, in the words of Stephen Covey, 'increasing your body's capacity for processing oxygen - and oxygen is the key to energy' .

When you get home in the evening, after a long day at work, if you are feeling completely drained, it is your body's way ot telling you to do more exercise! It is, of course, the last thing you feel like doing, but it's what you need to do if you are to improve your energy levels.
